Had a small issue initially but was very impressed that the owner of the company immediately reached out to me and the problem was rectified. Great customer service. Thank you very much, Patti and I look forward to doing business with your company in the future!

I would give them a 0 review, if I could. We paid thousands of dollars for them to put in new liner, new steps & overflow valve, a few years ago & have had problems ever since. The did the work in fall & then our pool was closed until spring. When pool was opened, the concrete was cracked & liner had creases in the bottom. They were contacted & said they would come out, but would be charged.

We have had nothing but problems since. Contacted them & asked to have owner come out to look at pool- we didn't want to deal with supervisor again & we get phone call before 8 am from supervisor screaming at us &wouldn't even listen to what we had to say. I cannot believe he could get away with talking to us the way he did.

An amazing company - trusting, honest, and friendly. The customer service is spot on. The pool builders are precise, patient and take pride in their work. We love it! Thank you so much Gritz Pools and Spas!

Constant blame put on customer and not their products. We bought our pool 11 years ago and every year there is an issue. Last year they told us we needed a new liner. They installed it and left wrinkles and you can actually see it pulling out of the wall. They told us it was our fault because we had a retaining wall and too much landscaping. Mind you.

The landscaping was there when they installed the pool. They take absolutely no accountability for anything! We have no water issues anywhere. They lie and cheat. Don't use them

As a contractor myself, I really appreciated there no non-sense approach. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take. And did exactly what they said. Mark and the guys are very knowledgeable and hard working people. We love the pool and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

My wife and I are in the middle of a pool installation with Gritz. The owner has been out a handful of times and before I could ask a questions as to why something was the way it was he was all over it. If he was unhappy with something he told me and assured me it would be addressed. Scottie and Adrienne are hands down the best on the job site. Being a home owner I have questions and want to see what is going on through out the project.

They have answered all my questions been extremely helpful and are always happy to stop what they are doing to explain things. The ladies behind the desk are amazing as well. Every time I have called they have been pleasant and happy to help guide me in the right direction. If this is any indication of how Gritz does business, they have my business and referral. We wanted to say all the crew members of Gritz pools have been amazing, so friendly, hard working and accommodating. We are definitely going to miss them once construction is said and done! Very disappointed. We have used Gritz pools for many years, we had a new liner placed less than 5 years ago. The liner looks terrible, the color is fading in large areas, we have had this pool since 1986, have had several liner replacements and have never had this happen. The liner has a 25 year warranty and of course they tell us this is not covered under warranty.

They also told us the liner company is no longer in business, I called the liner company and guess what they are open. I will never recommend this company again or use them. I would stay away from people that are dishonest

Brad is a pool wizard. I appreciated hearing his knowledge. Bought some pool tools and he gave some free advice. Got me all set up for the summer.

6/28/18 old pool system from previous homeowner went bad. I waited 2 years to fix the pool. I upgraded to a very efficient pool motor and the top of the line salt system, as well as a new DE filter. I am very impressed with everything about this company. Just take note this is a high quality local owned business! don't expect to notify them and have them come the next day because they have plenty of other customers to deal with because they're so good and reasonable. The owner actually came out to the job site to help finish with the two other guys that came earlier. All three were great! Thanks Erica for recommending the system!

Replaced our liner and was so excited. We saved money to do it and couldn't wait to show it off. The crew left trash on site. I let it go because I was excited to get the job done. The job was sloppy. I could see the jagged cut pieces of liner sticking into the hole for the return line. The liner started to slip down from the track soon after having it replaced.

I called and they said that it was not a big deal and fixed it, but it happened again by the end of the season. They fixed it again when we opened the pool the next season and gave me a tool to fix it myself if it happens again. I had lived in my house with the pool for 4 years and the liner had not done this. The worst part was yet to come. The second year with the new liner, large wrinkles showed up in the shallow end.

I was told by the owner that it was because we let too much water out when closing. We only let enough water out to plug the returns and the skimmers. Also, we had done this for years without an issue. My thought is that water made its way in because of the liner slipping. He eventually said that he would come out one time and smooth them, but they came back.

The wrinkles are still there and every time I open my pool it upsets me because I do not have $5,000 to have it redone by a better company. I would sue the company, but I would probably spend more doing that. Go somewhere else!

Whatever you need, what questions you have, they got you. They will even teach you how to do it and will talk you through it over the phone if you forget. They even take the best care on your items as if it was their own.

We put a Gritz pool in in 1976. It was the best investment we ever made! The company was then owned and run by Henry Gritz, the present owner's father -- a true genius who even designed and built his own filters. He truly cared about his product. Our experience with Gritz has been always been positive. We finally replaced the filter and have had two new liners since.

I go there for chlorine and chemicals and have always gotten great advice when I had a problem. We recently bought a second house with a pool and had Gritz Pools come to close it and get us a good cover. They will be reinstalling the filter because a crappy job was done by another company when the filter was installed. They will also be our choice when a new liner needs to be installed and a faulty wall is repaired. I would recommend Gritz Pools to anyone. They have the experience and truly know what they are doing.
