I recently moved to the area and found this pool store which is conveniently located close to town! The ladies there are awesome! they always have what I'm looking for and are super helpful with any questions I have. Definitely recommend.

Critical: Professionalism This was rather long i took pix of the post on Facebook which was removed. People should be aware this company takes your money. refuses to refund or give you credit for supplies they erroneously give you! Read the post. Don't look to manager or owner to help.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Poor experience the two times we dealt with them, non responsive, felt like we had to beg the to do what they said they would do, we are done with these people, two chances both we had to hire someone else to do the work

1 star is WWAAYY too many for this place! On 5/27/19 they replaced a 6 way valve that they claimed was defective. Then on 5/7/20 water was gushing out all around the value. When it was tore apart, we found out that they replaced the valve, but NOT the seal. Like changing your cars oil but not the filter. Hideous service company to deal with. Every time they came, something new was broken. STAY WAY FROM oasis pools OR RUN TO YOUR BANK FOR A BAG OF CASH! Glad to be free of them.

Very upset they told me they could put my above liner for my pool and now they are saying that they are not taking new people, they should have told me before I turned down people to let them do it since it a new company in Oxford and I live in oxford. I am so pissed
