Your staff should have more decency than to park a dually wheeled extended cab pick up truck in a handicap parking spot. That clearly shows poor decision making laziness and disregard for handicap people that might really need the spot. If your crew is that lazy at 8am I wonder how they work all day? It's hard to get good staff nowadays you should consider restaffing or at the least some principles and standards with your existing staff.

Specht-Tacular Pools Inc. built our in ground pool and they did an amazing job of listening to what we wanted in the design of the pool. We worked with Elke and she provided us with a comprehensive design of photo's and a video on how the pool would look. There were no surprises when the pool was constructed - it was exactly as portrayed. Each and every crew member from the dig, to the plumbing crew, to the electrical crew, to the masonry crew was great.

They introduced themselves, told us what they were doing that day, what the crew chief's name was and how long it would take. The crew's were professional, quiet, neat and personable. We had a 2 hour orientation on the use and operation of the pool with one of their crew members and the pool was complete and we were swimming within 43 days ( even with some bad weather! ). We recommend Spect-Tacular Pools Inc. to everyone that is considering an in ground pool! They are the best out there.

I own my own pool maintenance company and I chose Spechtacular Pools to build my own personal pool. The reason for this was very simple. I work on hundreds of pools each year and the pools that were built by Spechtacular are without a doubt the best built pools out there. The equipment they use and the quality of their plumbing are top notch. I recommend Dieter to anyone that asks for a recommendation of a pool builder.

The entire process from excavation to the final product is overseen by Dieter, the owner. He makes sure everything is perfect and that the customer is satisfied. I am a huge fan of his work and his integrity. Thanks again Dieter, my pool is perfect.

I am updating a previous review of Spech-Tacular pools from a one star to a four star rating. Although I'm upset that still after all this time and the frustration that they know they've caused us, that we had to contact them to find out what was going on with our on-going situation, I'm much more pleased with the outcome now that the situation is resolved (had they been more proactive and timely in resolving the issue I would have given them five stars).

We do feel it was a very nice gesture on their part to close our pool when they came to rectify the previous problems too. In the end, our cover was fixed, bricks were fixed/replaced that had extra anchors installed in them, and bricks that were severely damaged during installation (some are chipped still, but it was acceptable and understood that when drilling through the brick it won't be perfect) have also been replaced. The workers were attentive, helpful, and respectful the entire time at my home.

We want to thank Spectacular Pools for the beautiful work they did building our pool. There was a smooth and trouble free transition from the moment we met with Elka to design the pool to the time spent with Deider building it. Your whole team was thoughtful and courteous throughout the entire process. We are truly grateful for each and every detail thought-out and implemented to make our backyard pool dreams come true. We will enjoy it for years to come.

The construction of our pool has just begun! We couldn't be happier that we chose Specht-tacular pools! I can't even imagine another company giving the personalized time and attention that we've gotten so far! From our first meetings with Elke, who is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, to then meeting Dieter, who is detail oriented and knows what he is doing.
