When you spend ANY money on a company, you kind of expect some sort of professionalism on their part. When you spend 75+ thousand dollars on something, you expect a little more professionalism. These people act like you're bothering them when speaking to you. They very much need to get new people to answer the phones and provide customer service.

This store pulled through when no other store could! I spent all day running around to different pool stores to find a replacement part for my filter and this store was the only one in town that had it. On top of that, the staff was knowledgeable and I had help (without having to ask for it) within seconds of walking in the door. From now on this will be my go-to pool store.

Salesman came right out and we knew with COVID that things might get a little crazy. Paid deposit and told would get on the schedule when things become available. Which ended up being fall of 2020. We decided to not open the pool before the winter and push it off till spring. During building process never communicated when people would show up. Excavating showed up without knowledge to dig hole.
Same thing happened through whole process. People would just show up with Arthur Edwards project manager showing up when wanted payments. Then when opened pool in spring cleaning crew had to be called back twice, liner also was not installed properly that actual company that produces it had to show up to stretch it properly. Never got demo of how everything worked and called twice.
And recently ran into issue with permits expiring because they used there email address. When called to discuss was told sorry to bad. No ownership, asked to speak to the owner and he does not take calls. He was in Florida. I was told "If want to write a letter and mail it to the office they will make sure he gets it, BUT not sure he will respond or even read it ". That was Manager that told me that. No responsibility to customers. Seriously think hard if want to use a company that the owner is not accessable

If looking for a company to come in and slam it out with no communication this is the company. New Construction pool was dug and installed in Oct 2020. The first issue was getting people to respond to questions me and my wife had about the process. NO COMMUNICATION. When asking those contracted to work on it no response. Then they fired a crew that was working on the bottom of the pool.
Not sure why, it was not from a complaint of ours. Had an issue with the liner, they called the liner company to come from Up State NY to fix it. They told me I was lucky they were in town for a few days. Did a great job. (But not there service people) Then once pool was open suppose to get demonstartion on how to use the equipment. Nope. Called and told would show up and didn't. Called again no response, figured it out on my own.
Initial cleaning that was suppose to come with opening of the pool, done pourly and the young man doing the work said "sorry had to rush but over booked today." When pool was dug I asked why taking all the fill that was dug up, they said no problem you will not need it. When called landscaper to do the work, he needed to charge me for fill. Asked about it given a local guy that digs pool to see if he has any jobs around my home to drop off someone elses.
Now fast forward to today just had an issue with permit and getting the CO. They have said we completed everything, have my money and moved on. I was told "do not kill the messanger on this but this is how the owner said it needs to be, " when asked to speak to the owner, was told he has not been around for awhile and you will have to talk to someone else. So if this tells you anything about this company, owner has made his money and leaves everyone else to figure it out.

Although they didnt build our pool, I have always water tested and bought my pool supplies at Arthur Edwards. John is super knowledgeable and eager to help. Most recently we needed a new salt system. He recommended what to get and had it installed for us within a week! Communication was excellent and he really went out of his way for us. Highly recommend them for an honest analysis and doing their best to help you!

Couldn't be happier with our investment. We were stressed and overwhelmed when we began shopping around. Who to trust? what kind of pool? What extras? We shopped Swim King, Long Island pool and patio and Arthur Edwards. Not only was Arthur Edwards extremely competitive when it came to pricing, but also when it came to explaining every last detail. Bob, our salesman, was extremely polite and knowledgeable.
He did not try and upsell us at all, to the contrary he talked us out of spending money on options he knew Iwe wouldn't need. Teamed up with Metamorphosis, our project came alive and was completed above and beyond our expectations. If I ever have a question or need help their team is always quick to come over and help. Would recommend 150%

On June 7th, my husband and I had a consultation in our home with one of the Salesman Kevin. The next day we called Kevin stating we would like to sign contracts to have their company build our pool. The next available date he had to come over to sign contracts was June 21. He called us on June 21st before coming over to warn us that he could not guarantee us the original price and would have to let us know later in the year what their actual price would be, however he still wanted us to put a down payment in order to lock in the date to build the pool.
How can we lock in a date without knowing the price, especially when we are talking over 40k? He then said he was not interested in building our pool. Very poor business quality. I guess this is what happens when the pool building industry is in high demand, they don't care about their customers at least not this company.

Can't thank Artie and his staff enough for their professionalism and service! My wife and I consulted with Mr Edwards after speaking with other pool & spa companies regarding a liner replacement and new spa. We felt extremely comfortable and moved forward with everything. Usually with a purchase of this magnitude, a glitch here and there occurs. From the delivery date of the spa, to the timely install of the liner, there hasn't been any bumps in the road at all. Truly Mr Edwards, we thank you and your staff for an amazing, seamless transaction, and we can't thank you enough!
