Zero stars. went there.in my mask to buy supplies. man working register with a bandana around his neck refused to cover his nose and mouth! saying he may have had virus last year and doesnt see many people during the day so no need to wear one! i will not go back. meanwhile bought less expensive chlorine at s&s pools. they take your order over the phone. leave the product outside with your receipt to keep everyone safe. avoid main pool during this crisis! wont let me leave zero stars.

I work for a pool company is Georgia. We called to order a part for a heater. The lady who answered the phone sounded like she was in her home garage with a TV blaring in the background. Her attitude was not pleasant, but we got the part ordered. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later, we ended up not needing that part so it was returned. Their company had UPS pick it up from our company, so there was definitely tracking.
Our company is still receiving invoices for the returned part. I have called multiple times (TV still blaring in her "garage" office) and she tells me the same thing.that she will check into it and take care of it. I don't know what is happening here, but fix the problem. Ridiculous and odd company. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from them ever again.
