Cal Cuthbert Pools

I'm very unhappy with this company. I had a pool installed last year after having many issues due to covid 19 which was not thier fault so im not blaming them for that but I have been having issue after issue. First it took a long time to install the pool then they sold my ladder so I had to get one some place else. I was told they would teach me how to use everything including the vacuum and no one ever did so I you tube it.

This year when I went to open it I noticed the wall was out of the track the liner was slipping. I have called multiple times to have someone please come help and no one ever has. I am done with this company. I will gladly take my business elsewhere

These guys are great. Once we got started on the fiberglass pool build, it went fast! Highly recommend them to anyone in the area wanting a fiberglass pool.

Outstanding customer service! pool water testing free if you by the necessary chemicals there! The sakes mgr is absolutely awesome. diagnosed our problem and for $40 we got what we needed. We thought we would have to drain the pool and replace the water the algae was so bad. Only group we will use. we are able to take care of our pool ourselves because of this store. saves us 1000's!

Every time I visit I get treated how I expect to be. Never had a single issue since buying pool 4 years ago

Best pool place ANYWHERE! Another place nearby tried to sell me over 150 lbs. (hundreds of dollars worth) of unnecessary chemicals. Went to Cuthberts, and I left with ONLY the chemicals ($40) I needed and the pool water is now perfect. They not only recommended the proper chemicals, but took the time to write out SPECIFIC directions for adding the proper chemicals at the proper time They are always VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and WON'T try to RIP you off by selling you unnecessary chemicals (like other nearby pool places.) People you can trust.

Young lady explained the different United and was able to help me with questions I had. We purchased a gas log unit that I hope will give us teras of service.

A few seasons ago I paid them for a liner and install mid that season to my 18 foot above ground pool, opened the pool the next season to see the liner had fallen in several places 1st I was told someone would look at it, then several days past even a week after several phone calls later a female relative of Cal told me they subcontracted the job and I was to call the number of the guy they paid.

That guy told me he doesn't do work for them any longer and he has no affiliation any more After few phone calls more I was told they would not help me with the cost to reinstall the liner correctly The problem was corrected and hasn't failed yet by draining the pool re-installing the liner over the lip and adding bead lock

Called Cal to come to newly built home and give me a price on an in-ground pool. He finally showed up and said he would get back to me with a quote. It has been months and I never did hear back. I ended up getting a pool from another local provider. Would not recommend.

Spring came and we found out that our pool needed a complete renovation. Called several companies to come out to give an appraisal. Cuthberts were the cheapest. We decided to go with them. It has been 5 months now and they have never come to even start the job. Every week I have been going there to ask when they were going to come out and every week I kept getting the run around with them stating "We will be there next week." (He even told me once that he forgot about me). Well it has been 5 MONTHS of "next weeks"! I called their competitor today. I will gladly pay more for professionalism! I will never give them ANY of my business again.

Cal installed our beautiful pool 3 years ago and it's been trouble free. His recommendations were exactly what we were looking for and his prices are competitive. He never makes shortcuts and his installers are excellent. We had a wonderful experience with the whole process and will continue to shop at their location for all our supplies. Cal recommended the salt sanitizer and I tell everyone it is the only way to maintain a pool.

Even my daughter who is allergic to chlorine can swim in this clear pure water. Every component still looks like new. We had Cal install a patio at our daughters house and it was a top feature when she sold her house a year later. I recommend Cal Cuthbert Pools to everyone.
