Pleasure Pools installed our in ground pool. We were told by another company to put the pool in our side yard because it would be easier for them. When Pleasure Pools came they understood we wanted privacy without question. They removed a jungle jim playset, moved trees and land to give us our perfect pool! We are going to use them again and again! Thank you pleasure pools!

We ordered a pool liner and was told it would take about 8 weeks which we knew it would take awhile to get because of Covid. So my husband gets a call and asks if we will be home one week and my husband said no and they said they would call back to let us know when the would ve able to come. Well the following Monday my husband gets a text saying they are at the house and if someone was home of which we weren't and he had told them when we were going to be home.
My husband said to go and install the liner. Well I got home the next day and they took the liner out and left. They told my husband it would be done that week. Friday came and we had to leave out of town. My husband got a text from them when they showed up at our house no call before hand telling us when they were coming. My husband said that no one was home but go ahead and install the liner.
They told us the water would cost about $400 and had to pay $700 for water. They installed the liner and after they were done they texted my husband it would cost an additional $1400 because they needed to fix the bottom of the pool of which they should have called my husband before they had done any work but didn't. Got a text after the fact of which we don't even know if they actually did anything to the pool because we weren't home.
They should have said something on that Monday when they took out the liner. I mean they saw the bottom of the pool. My husband called the owner and told them it was unethical and there should have been some communication but there wasn't. The pool company said they were unprofessional and they charged us $700 of which we should not have had to pay anything because we didn't approve any supposed work that they did. Very unprofessional, no communication buyer beware!

Ken and the pleasure pool team were great. We were indecisive at times on the location of the pool, the design of the concrete, and some of the color choices. They were happy to lay everything out for us and wanted to make sure we were happy and could get a visual before we proceeded with anything. They were very knowledgeable about everything and gave you the pros and cons of all the options.
They were on time and on schedule if not ahead of everything they told us to expect. We were well informed and all our questions were answered. When they left for the day, everything was cleaned up and they touched base with us on what was done and what the next steps were. We're so happy with our pool and I could not be more impressed with their service and would highly recommend pleasure pool and deck to anyone.

Can't say enough great things about this company. The attention to details and customer service is second to none. Had my pool installed by them and they open, close and service it every year. Ken and crew were amazing. They did an excellent job installing our pool and left with no mess for us to clean up. We checked other places before finding Pleasure Pools. The others did not compare to the price or the knowledge that we got from Ken. If you are looking to get a pool, please call them.
