So. We had purchased an inground pool from then last year. It was a nightmare to even get it installed. We were told that we were the first ones to get it installed. Was told that they would be in contact with us when the pool came in. A few weeks had gone by and no calls so I decided to call them. Originally, we were told that it was because of the weather as to why it hadn't been installed, later to find out that the pool wasn't actually in stock. Okay. Fine.

Just simple communication would have sufficed. When it came time to install, I will admit that the way our deck is made it very difficult for the installers to do it, which I paid them extra for. The issue is. the liner. is not even smooth on the bottom. There are so many ripples in the liner that it makes it hard to clean. I was told that they would eventually go away when the ground settles. Nope. Not at all. To say this pool looks awful is an understatement. Definitely not worth the $6500 I paid for installation. The picture is just one of many ripples in our liner.

I was looking to get a quote for a liner and ultimate purchase it. The whole process was like pulling teeth- finally got fed up and decided to go elsewhere. Edit: you spend a lot of time criticizing me "owner". Maybe if you spent more time working on your teams service and less time challenging peoples reviews you wouldn't have so many bad ones

Horrible service, They don't return phone calls, bad experience! Went to a different place great service and friendly staff and prompt return of phone calls. 0 stars!

POOL DIDN'T PASS INSPECTION BECAUSE INSTALLERS REFUSED TO LISTEN AND PLACE THE POOL 6 FEET AWAY FROM ELECTRICAL. So, i guess you have to hover over their mediocre installers because telling them, and writing it outside on the concrete pad for them to read multiple times, was not enough. Just run away from paradise pools. ***latest update. Pool eventually got put up. Installers ignored how far away we needed from electrical, so we'll see if it passes. Went into the store, they showed us step by step everything we needed to do, tested out water, etc.

If it passes inspection I'll change my stars to accurately represent my experience. **July 2nd. Sand and pool still chillin. Might start swimming in puddles soon. Maybe use the sand and build some castles. Idk **sand & pool were miraculously delivered on June 16th. Have heard nothing from the contractors about installing it, but I'm not hopeful it'll be any better.

Will update once it's started. or done.? We ordered a pool in June 2020. was told we would be one of the first this season for a pool installation. They called, told us installation would be May 2021. Well, it is now June 15th, no pool, they're impossible to get ahold of, it's always "the person who deals with above ground pools is off." Only thing they've said was "it did rain for a few days".but no one ever uses names, so no idea who we've even been talking to.

We ordered an in-ground pool from them April 2020. They had our pool completely installed and ready to go by mid July. I absolutely love my pool and every time I call to ask a question, Randy has been very helpful. Services: General construction, Winterization

It was my first trip to here. The owner couldn't have made it more obvious that he was busy and had no time for me. I asked for a hose, he just pointed toward the wall where there's like 20 different kinds. I asked for a cap, he cut off my question, handed me what he thought I needed telling me he just saved me $25, and I get home and it's the male thread version when I needed the female version. I'll probably be back because of the location, but this was the exact opposite of the experience I was hoping for.

It was a nightmare buying the hot tube from Paradise pools and Spa. It leaked all the water out and I never used it. Then I waited another several months for the next hot tub. They never even offer a discount or anything. I lost money. On the deal 12,000 dollars for the tub. I will never buy anything from them again. Valley spa and pool are the place to go. They were no nice and helpful.

Pretty great experience getting our 20 x 40' pool this summer

The men at Paradise Pools & Spas are knowledgeable & helpful. The installers are the reason I would never recommend buying a pool from here. We ordered our pool in the fall, were told we were the 2nd install on the list, scheduled for May1,2019. Install was delayed several times because of rain, understandable. Days that were sunny & the area was dry enough, they did not show.

Finally installed, and the liner leaked. Every time we were told they'd be back the next day, they were a no show. They had to use our pump to finish removing water off the leaking liner because they didn't even bring one! New liner installed Friday, was told Jimmy would be there Saturday morning to cut in skimmer, no show/no text/no call. I contacted the store and was told Jimmy couldn't make it and someone was supposed to have contacted us; Jimmy denies we were told he'd be there Saturday.

So we can use our pool for now; no skimmer, but the job is still not complete. Poor communication & lies is the most you will get from Jimmy Johns and his crew. I would never recommend them, pay the extra money and go somewhere else.
