Buyer Beware.we designed with and had Pool Designs in McMurray PA install our pool in July 2020 and quickly paid in full.not only did the wall collapse and their response was terrible-less than two years after they won't even open it due to staffing issues and being too far away.to far away to service not too far away take your money.go elsewhere and save your self respect and the aggravation

My first and last experience happened today when they were supposed to come open my pool. I took a half day off from work since they would be there "mid-afternoon" they said. They finally call me at 5:55 pm and told me they aren't coming. I guess that is how you treat a brand new customer.

Awesome To Deal With. They installed my 16' x 32 in-ground pool in 2001. I have only had to replacing a couple bulbs for the underwater lights and one pump motor in 14 years! Everyone who see the pool thinks it's new. I also purchased a 4 person hot tub from Pool Design. Very disappointed in the lack of good customer service. After waiting 2 months and calling Chad over & over again for my quote. I gave up. Chad came to my house, pretended like he was interested in doing the job, but then never furnished a quote. The job was obviously too big for him. He gave the pitful excuse that they are really busy. I guess too busy to supply a 'paying' customer a quote.

He promised to send me an proposal, then he said that the proposal was in the mail.when all in all he didn't even work on the design. If this is an example of the customer service that I would have received from Pool Designs then I am glad that I didn't waste my time and money with a company that isn't very reputable. All I can say, is Buyers Beware!
