Got our first pool set up and went to get information on supplies and chemicals that we'll need. Jerry was very helpful- we will be back.

Very nice, Large selection of pool related items, hot tubs, grills and grill supplies. I will be back. Only drawback they don't put up pools not purchased from them. I need someone to put my previous purchase of a rectangle pool. Theirs are all round. Nice new store

Very, very helpful. Extremely polite and patient, honest and informative. They were absolutely wonderful. It means a lot when someone helps a customer that has no idea what they're even needing for their pool. I explained my situation and they helped me get what I need to get started. Id say a little bit goes a long way, but they went out of their way to help me.

Great help discussing the water issues with my spa purchased from a different vendor. Spent a lot of time to explain the issues I was having with my salt water spa.

As soon as I walked into the building I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. He pointed me in the direction to what I needed and proceeded to check me out at the register, answering all the questions I had. Definitely recommend.

Always attentive service! I have worked both with Washington and Robinson. I have closer pool supply places but why go anywhere else. I have worked with Susan and Eric in the Washington store and have always been completely understood and well taken care of!

WARNING DO NOT USE EVER PURCHASE FROM VALLEY POOL & SPA. Purchased a pool from Matt at the North Hills location. After a delay in install, and the installation sub contracted company B&T Installation, which Corrine Kraft (owner of Valley) uses. B&T Installation(Martin) all of the sudden fires the employee who had a excavator to fit through my fence.

After going back and forth as the customer trying to get it figured out with Valley Pool & Spa's Rick and Tony (arrogant) and B&T's Martin wanting to blame each other, but neither company wanted to make it right. Finally after speaking to Tony of VP& Spa to basically tell me too bad. I fianlky proudly asked for a refund for the purchased pool and am still out $200 for sand I had delivered. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I googled a pool place near me to find a floating chair. I had tried other stores like Walmart, Target, Family Dollar, etc to no avail. This place had a great selection of pool toys, floats, goggles, life jackets and everything you need for summer fun. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I told them that if we like our hot tub on vacation maybe we would come back to buy one! Thanks for the great experience and keep up the good work!

I give Valley Pools and Spa no stars! BEWARE! Do not spend your money at this place. I paid to have our pool professionally installed by their subcontractor. I called them tonight because we noticed a hole in the liner. We didn't have our pool a long period of time, and they said there is nothing they can do! Scam artists! They told us we didn't bring our water for testing 4 times a year that our warranty is null and void. They should have stated that up front and then i could have complied or bought somewhere else. Horrible customer service. You are a fool to waste your time.

My Husband and I had an Excellent Buying Experience with Sue! we came in looking in October for a Spa and waited till Spring because we remodeled a room to add a Deck entrance. Sue kept in touch over the months about our needs and made sure we knew about sales. they had a new line of Spa come in which was better then what we first picked and i'm so Glad we waited! the entire Staff is wonderful and took care of all our needs!

Water testing was easy and clearly explained they detailed it out on paper so it was easy to read and not have to remember. I've got nothing but praise for this business. you have a customer for life with us and we will tell anyone thats looking to go see Sue! Thankyou for helping us become Spa owners for life!

Ordered our hot tub from the tent sale that was going on at the end of July. The sales team was more than helpful and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the different options as well as the construction and usage information. We opted for the extended delivery time which meant we agreed to not take delivery until September. The last week of August I was contacted to arrange a delivery date that met both our needs which was September 21st.

The delivery team contacted me on Sept 19th to ensure our date was still good and gave me an estimated arrival time that was a 2 hr window in the afternoon, not the 12 hr window that you would get from the cable company or the electric company. I was contacted again on the morning of the 21st confirming their delivery and gave me an exact time they would arrive.

To my disbelief, they arrived within 3 mins of their quoted time and were very considerate and careful during their set up. Only good things to say about this company and my purchase.
