The pool mechanism doesn't seem to last, especially when used weekly, and if you think you'll get fast service, or any for that matter, think again, in Hawaii. They are all about SALES; aggressive, but horrible on service. They will constantly contact you if you show interest, but once installed, forget it. The warranty for the pool, which has so many moving parts, is awful.
The propulsion motor is rusting, sputtering on high, and it's only been 3 years. The propulsion system falls apart with constant use. I had to fix it myself since the service is nonexistent. Because we are here in Hawaii and surrounded by water, my suggestion for islanders is to use the ocean for exercise instead of Endless Pools, or shop elsewhere.

Easy to navigate Online to buy a replacement cover once you have an account set up with Endless Pool. The cover crank is quality made still useful after 12 years. Their customer service needs improvement as main branch and service Tech don't return calls when it comes to repairs. When trying to get help we wasted so much time as they were controlling like a monopoly.
Be best if they would sell parts on Amazon. Pool is sparkling, easy to care for using cover and mineral sanitation sticks makes for a eco friendly no harsh chemicals water. Thank you!.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Endless Pools. My wife and I were looking for a COVID backyard lap swimming solution and after weeks of research we decided Endless Pools was the way to go. From my first call with Mark Lutz at Endless, our experience was just great. Mark helped us make the right decisions, spoke with our contractor and ultimately we landed up with a custom pool built to spec after Mark's sage advice, and a fastlane pro current unit built into the pool.
While COVID has disrupted everything, Mark and his team still managed to deliver everything on time and in excellent working order. And when UPS managed to damage one of the shipped units (despite excellent packing and prep by Endless), Endless had us a replacement part before I could even pack up the damaged item! Mark and Endless has continued to support us getting things installed and running perfectly long after the invoice was paid. This is truly a professional organization with a very personal touch. I look forward to long years of swimming against the current.

We bought a house with endless pool and hired an authorized contractor Jeff Coyle, who was suggested by endless pool. Pool heater needed replacement but we also updated the motor at his suggestion and paid him approx. $6 k for the work. Pool only worked for a week and after that the current would not turn on. The contractor refused to come and repair suggesting that we should get another company for maintenance and his only job was to update the parts!
We contacted endless pools and got the answer that they only recommend contractors but have no affiliation with them. We contacted three local big pool companies and they all refused to work on the pool stating that they are not authorized to work on endless pools and can only help us with the water maintenance. It has been 2 months of sheer frustration, not to mention the electric bills of $1200 per month since the heater is installed.
Which could be justified had the pool been functioning but. Bottom line is that the pool is great IF it functions. The day you run into problems you are done. There is no customer support and unless you yourself are a contractor and can fix issues yourself, remember that you will not find many service providers willing to fix your pool. Before you embark on this project make sure that your state has enough endless pool contractors not like CT where we do not find anyone. We have all the written documentation of our emails and texts in case anyone is interested pls feel free to contact us.

We absolutely love our Endless Pool. It has provided years of great exercise opportunities. The company has been top notch. From the time of purchase, through installation and minor troubleshooting they have provided comprehensive and personal support. We can not say enough good things about the Endless Pools experience!

We have had an Endless Pool for about 10 years. I did the installation myself with my family's help. It was smooth and the directions were clear. When I did have questions I called and got the answer right away. I had to purchase a couple of PVC fittings but the rest was all in the shipping containers. Since that time, 10 years using the pool on average 3-4 times a week with no issues except the heating element has gone out twice, most likely due to our hard well water.
When this happened I called Endless Pools and they helped me troubleshoot the problem and then got the heating element replacement in the mail right away. I have never replaced the water and do all the maintenance myself and have it down to a simple science requiring 3 treatments a week and changing the filter every 2 months. So for our family it has been a great purchase and we continue to use it regularly. My pool is also on the demo list and is available to do a test swim almost anytime in Santa Fe, NM.

I Love my Endless Pool. It is my daily escape and truly feels like my own personal Spa. My husband and I installed the pool ourselves over a few weekends as we work during the week. We watched the installation video and only had to call in for questions twice and quickly got our answers. The pool is very easy to maintain and I love that I can control the temperature which I sometimes vary as I train for triathlons and lower the pool temp when using a wet-suit to train. Otherwise, I keep it at 82 degrees and it's sparkly clear as I get in at 5 am in the morning.
I first use the UNDERWATER TREADMILL as a warmup which is a wonderful addition. It has come in more handy recently as I fractured my ankle and I have been able to do non weight-bearing running in the pool. I also purchased the underwater swim mirror (which I joke is my fellow lap swimmer reflected back at me) which has helped clean up my swim stroke. At this point I cant imagine not having this amazing addition to our home.

I am on my 2nd fast lane which should speak for itself. I had my first one built into my pool so when I moved across the state I missed it so much I had to buy another! My husband easily installed it & we couldn't be happier! Great program Endless pools has to actually try one either at the factory or at an owner house who may live nearby your home.

I love my Endless Pool! It is a great tool for keeping in shape. An outstanding value, I use my pool 5 to 7 times a week averaging 1 to 1.5 hours of swimming a day. Large enough for all the swimming strokes it easily adjusts to my swimming pace. Easy to properly maintain, this pool is an invaluable part of my workout routine. Ordering pool supplies from Endless Pools is seamless and they are delivered quickly to my home.
