Our company has been a leading provider in commercial services to many recreational swimming pools in the immediate tri-state area of Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, as well as Maryland for nearly 40 years.
Ever wonder what kind of job allows you the freedom of flexible hours and beautiful outdoor weather? Lifeguarding is an extremely rewarding experience, providing both a fantastic summer atmosphere while at the same time instilling a very strong sense of duty and responsibility. It is one of the best jobs you will ever have.
Lifeguard certification courses are taught by American Red Cross certified instructors. Participants learn to respond to water and land emergencies, to provide first aid care, and the responsibilities of a professional lifeguard. Participants also learn to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults, children, and infants in addition to learning how to properly use an AED on a victim of cardiac arrest. Successful completion of the course results in ARC Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED certifications.

At Indian Acres campground there is a cap on the number of people allowed in my pool. Their lifeguard locked the pool with a padlock and chain to stop people from coming in and out while the pool was open and people were swimming. The only other entrance was not handicapped accessible. The lifeguards also swim while they're supposed to be guarding the pool. If you hire them that's the legal liability you're creating for you else and your business. I emailed them about this and received no response.

I fine that the lifeguards are doing there job. They go swimming when there are less then ten people in the water and are still watching everyone. The only reason that they lock gate that day was because people kept coming in. She stood by the gate the whole time. The big problem is on weekends there should at least 3 guards so they can each take a break since the pool is open from 11 to 9.

I worked for this company for the 2017 pool season and it was a great experience! Management is on point, great schedule and pay to start. I worked at several different pools through this company and had the opportunity to meet an array of wonderful people, who would frequent the pools. Work was easy and who can complain about the free tan that comes with the job.
I am returning to work for them this upcoming 2018 season and I look forward to it! If your looking for a decent summer job, definitely inquire within and get certified.its worth it. 5 stars all the way for this amazing company.
