I love this place and the people that work there but their hours suck! Closed sundays and only open till 5 on week days. they don't cater to homeowners who have a full time job

Great Company! All the employees and owner are easy to do business with. Pete and Jennifer are great! I have been doing business with them for over 20 years opening and closing and repairs. Fair pricing! When they installed the pool they did everything in a timely manor just like they said. I highly recommend them! Services: Winterization, Inground pool installation

I don't recommend using this company, they did my pool in 2017 and paid them every dollar but they never did final inspection nor engineering hence after 4 years I was contacted by the town to let me know that offshore pool never get final inspection done until permit expired. I called offshore and now they are asking me to go do it myself which means pay for new permit and new engineering fees. I will have to file a legal complaint about them

Do not buy from Offshore Pools. I have had so many problems with this company since they installed my $50,000 pool a few months ago. When you complain that no one comes to fix the issue they tell you they will never come back and they "fire" you as a client. Trust me, if you use them and equipment isn't working don't expect to see them again nor do they honor your contract or guarantee. The owner and the managers are rude and unprofessional! As soon as your pool is installed you are on your own.

Extremely poor customer service and workmanship - when there is an issue they are impossible to reach. They had no problem taking our money though. We had a pool and spa built through them and the spa is not level so water leaks out of it and they sold us an automation system but never gave us a controller for it. What is the point of having automation if I have to walk all the way out to my equipment to turn it on and off?!

They are over priced too. We didn't mind overpaying because we thought we would have a smooth building process but there was nothing smooth about it at all. I highly recommend for people to use another pool company

Offshore Pools has been able to keep my pool looking spectacular for the past several years. Pete Grey the Service Manager is outstanding! I feel lucky to have found them, I was with a previous company and my pool always had a yellowish mold. I would highly recommend OffShore because of Pete Grey!

Very happy with Offshore Pools. Pool was designed and constructed in a timely manner and the workmanship was excellent. Opening and closings have been completed on time and done perfectly. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Called several times over two weeks' time. Stopped in twice during the two weeks also requesting to schedule a repair. NO RESPONSE! Has happened before. Did great job over 20 years ago installing our pool, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE/non-existent. Disappointed. One star is too generous. Service: General repairs & maintenance

We spent almost $100k with this company. This was by far the WORST pool company and service we have ever dealt with! You are just another check to these ppl they do not care about you or your pool. Every time you call they "yes" you to death and send you to a voicemail and then the next person calls and never solves your problems. They literally just closed our pool DIRTY with leaves on the bottom after informing us that it would be cleaned before close which makes most sense but apparently not to this company. After paying $1390 to close it. I highly highly recommend NOT using this company as it will be an ongoing headache!

Working with Mike and Jennifer at Offshore Pools has been a pleasure. I have used them for my pool 20 x 40, service and supplies for over a decade and her professionalism, responsiveness, and attentiveness to both me and our common clients is excellent. I want to thank everyone at Off Shore pools for your wonderful customer service and all your help building our beautiful pool. We have enjoyed it all summer! I was always more a beach person going to the beach almost very weekend in the summer but this summer with our resort like backyard and beautiful pool I only went a few times! Our entire experience with off shore was a pleasure.

From our consultation with Mike - our start date they came exactly when promised. It was a pleasure working with Matt who came back in the Spring and worked closely with us to create our dream patio. Everything was on schedule for us to have our pool ready before Memorial Day and they delivered! I highly recommend this family owned business they will come and create your perfect pool. We had Offshore Pools put in our in our 36 x 34 pool in October of 2011. The pool, linear, steps are as good are as the day they were installed. We had a heater added on in 2014 and that had worked perfectly. They have a warranty that transfers one time to the next owner so that's nice to have too. At the time Offshore came in the lowest in cost compared to the other 6 companies we had come by for estimates. Jennifer in the office is always very nice to deal with too. I would definitely recommend Offshore Pools.

Beautiful work! We had an in-ground pool installed over the summer. My husband is a contractor and had no problems with any of their work. Offshore Pools rectified or addressed any concerns immediately. They've been in business for a long time, this is one of the reasons why we chose them. I had multiple pool companies come out to our house for estimates.

Once your pool is under construction, communication is mainly through emails since they don't sit in the office all day, they are out building pools. However, they respond immediately. I never do reviews but they've more than earned it. I know an in-ground pool is a huge financial investment but you can feel confident if you choose them.

We highly recommend them. We would choose them all over again. The whole Offshore team up to and including Matt, Jeff, and Mike were highly experienced, knowledgeable and did quality work! Thank you, Offshore pools!

My pool was installed by Offshore 28 yrs. ago. 12 yrs after install I had to replace the liner and the patch job of the vermiculite was terrible but the new liner was already in (April) and did not get into the pool until June and felt how bad it was. Also when I called to complain about it I was told by Mike the owner that Pete told him I was not at home the day they came (A LIE I was home the entire day) and so he could not discuss with me that I really needed a total skim coat not just a patch job.

Fast forward 16 yrs. I stopped by the store today to get another quote for a new liner and the girl put me in a room to pick out a new liner and have a girl named Jenn come see me. Almost 15 minutes later no one had shown up so I got up and left. I won't give them a third try that is for sure! Stopped in at Carlton Pools on Rte. 9 in Toms River and they were wonderful.

Offshore built our pool this past fall and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Everything went smooth and Mike & Jeff were always available to answer our questions and concerns. They gave us a schedule and never altered. Everything happened when they told us and we were never surprised. Opened our pool a few weeks ago and stayed in contact with us. Cleaned it and trained me. Pool looks incredible and we look forward to many great summers ahead.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, the owner Mike is rude and abrasive. Not only do they not fulfill their promises/contracts but every time they step on your property they come with their hands out asking for money. The job was completed later than promised and there were many issues along the way. The second there is an issue they can not be contacted and they will dodge you until you hopefully go away. A complete disgrace and will never use their services again. Ironically it would seem we are not the only people with the same issues. Avoid at all expenses.

They installed our liner in the fall of 2012. We had one good year. In 2014 our pool started leaking. For three years they never found the leak and never returned our calls. In 2016, they said leave us alone. So I continued to add water. This year, we found the leak right in the beauty strip where the had patched nearby 3 times We paid another company to fix it and we want Offshore to stand by their work and access the damage of 5 years of leaking. Mike the owner won't even meet with us.

Very Dissatisfied with their service Dept. Called them several times over the course of a week. Left messages with my name and number on their voice mail (cause u can't get an actual person), and Pete Grey or anyone from service never returned any of my calls. I understand if they're busy and can't schedual a service for me, but at least call me and let me know.

They became involved in my pool as part of a hardscaping project; that contractor suggested Offshore. They replaced the liner, new edging and new steps, some new plumbing. Did a very good job. When we started up the pool that coincided with when the town was flushing hydrants and we ended up with BROWN water. They brought in an additional filter and spent several days fixing a problem that wasn't theirs. Had a couple of instances where water was doing weird things over the summer and they've helped get those things fixed. I've found them to be pleasant and responsive.
