Clearly Kristen Hornberger has affiliation with Natare, but she is completely incorrect. Receptionist or self proclaimed maintenance supervisor Michelle was extremely rude and it appears Kevin Henning could agree with me. If this is who they have as the first contact of the company they clearly need to improve customer service at the very least. Maybe hire a maintenance supervisor that doesn't also take on receptionist responsibility and perhaps you might start heading in the right direction.

One of the worst companies I have worked for, no compassion for employees personal lives, you are treated like you are working at some sweat shop, people on the floor are the only reason they survive. A complete disregard for safety from, acid fumes, to open arc flashes to improper equipment for moving steel, to disposal of chemicals used for treating stainless that is drained straight into storm sewers team work is not in management vocabulary
