Fant Pool Service

I signed a contract with Mr Fant to complete repairs of pool and concrete pool deck. Mr Fant was very prompt with appts and information when trying to get my business. As soon as the contract was signed, that changed. Several times his workers did not show up for scheduled work with no communication. Once half of the contracted work was complete and not hearing from Fant for three weeks, I contacted him to address a crack in the new concrete deck he replaced as well as inquire if he intended to complete the contracted work.

At that time I received several reasons he could not complete the work. Extreme heat makes him sick and he cannot work- his son, grandson, and dog moved. Son has two jobs and no transportation, his brother quit and his other helper got a full time job. My job is still not complete.
