We are delighted with the work done by Cliff's Pools remodeling our pool and deck. We started with a problematic pool and a deck needing complete overhaul. From the start, our experience with CJ on the project details demonstrated the preparedness and well-organized nature of this contractor to sign us up for the job. The craftsmanship by Alfonso's men installing a new deck was top notch and quality-minded.

The pool and tile work by Fernando's and Jorge's guys were most professional. The site manager Luis kept us well informed along the way. Now that the job is complete, we are well satisfied with all the work and product in our beautiful new pool and deck area.

After quoting 6 companies, we decided to go with Cliff's Pools And Patios to resurface our old old pool, install salty water system and redo our patio(stamped concrete). This was the best price we can get and can do everything with one company, and we are super happy with final results. All their technicians are very nice, professional and experienced, gave us great suggestions.

Especially Oscar, who did our patio is awesome, every steps, he would check in with me, and he brought me the sample to make sure this is the color I showed to him and I like it in person. All the pattern was done by hand (not pavement mold), amazing work, very detailed, looks really natural and nice in person. You can tell that he tried the best to make it as the way you want, not only getting the job done.

Our pool looks great after resurfacing. The team is very trustable, after two month we had some issues with calcium accumulation due to the pH. We tried, but could not remove it, at last, thanks to Joe, the service department manger, came over and offered a plan and helped to bring it back to normal. So right now, we are using their pool service for the next 6 month to make sure the new pool is getting good care of.

Would highly recommend for the service for the beginning if you are like us, don't have much experience and time to deal with pool, cause when the problem comes, it pays more. It's a small family business, so we did waiting for a while between two projects (pool done first, then patio), due to their schedule delay, weather, and other reasons. But overall, it's pleasure to work with them, definitely recommend if you don't want to spend crazy much money and have the work done nicely. See the picture how they did the patio, like it a lot!

We were referred to Cliff's Pools by Pinch a Penny Pool. We got quotes from 3 different companies for our pool fix and were most impressed by Cliff's. One day, the tile in one section of the pool just popped off leaving a gaping hole behind it. Cliff's gave us a careful assessment and competitive price. They have communicated every step of the way and were never hard to get a hold of for questions.

Their pool resurfacing team have been with the company for years and it shows. Their work was beautiful and they were very respectful of our tenants. I would suggest this company to anyone. Talent and good communication is so very hard to find. They made what could have been very stressful, very easy for us.

We are very pleased with the work performed by Cliff's Pools. All the workers were friendly, polite and meticulous. All the work was completed in a timely manner. The team at Cliff's Pools and Patios are terrific! Very professional from start to finish. Our pool was over 16 years old and in desperate need of resurfacing. After the pool was drained the interior was checked for weak spots and hollow areas. There were several so the old finish had to be completely removed. The new finish is gorgeous and gets better looking every day.

I highly recommend their "Fire Up" maintenance program to make sure everything is working smoothly. Looking forward to the salt filter to be connected and taking a dip in a few weeks! The photos don't do the pool justice.

Because my experience with Cliffs Pools about 12 years ago on the replacement of tile and resurfacing was so positive in all aspects I only called Cliffs to resurface and tile our pool this month. Like my first experience they met every expectation. From CJ assisting in the selection of material to accomplish the look we wanted, work quality and completing the entire remolding in less than two weeks.

Office personnel is the best. You are kept informed during the entire process so you never have to worry about what will be done and when it will be done. Field personnel are very professional and the end product definitely shows they are true craftsman.

We used Cliff's Pools to diamond brite and put new tile in our pool. They have been extremely professional and easy to work with. While we had a few things added to the original contract, it was our choice to completely replace our pump and our skimmer, they did not force us. The pool looks amazing, the crews did excellent work. CJ was knowledgeable and very communicative, as was the entire staff. I would definitely recommend them for pool remodeling.

We recently decided to remodel and resurface our aged pool, and overall we had an amazing experience with the Cliffs pool/patio. All the process were highly professional, from initial quote to showroom demonstration, and final jobs execution. All the staffs who we interacted with are very patient and responsive to all of our questions. The crew showed on time, and the final product (e.g., waterline tile, new surface, salt system) turned out terrific. We are now very pleased about the renovated crystal blue pool.

My wife and I decided to remodel our pool after 22 years of use and we wanted a new and improved pool. We read many reviews and decided to go with Cliff's Pool and Patio company. We were very happy with the work that was performed. The tile replacement person (Orville) was professional and did an excellent job and it looks fantastic. After a couple of days the next group of workers lead by Luis put down the diamond brite and completed all the additional tasks and started to fill the pool. Luis was very informative and answered many of our questions about maintaining the pool for the first thirty days during the curing process.

So far we are very satified with the work that has been completed and cannot wait until we can use the pool. I would recommend Cliff's Pool and Patio to anyone that wants to remodel and or install a pool and have quality work performed.

I recently retired and my wife and I have begun several upgrade projects to our home. Our pool desperately needed to be refurbished so I contacted a number of pool companies. I selected Cliff's Pools & Patios due to the pricing and interaction with the salesman, Tony, who wrote up the proposal. Tony was very professional, friendly and thorough in his explanation of the repairs that needed to be done to revitalize our pool.

When we visited the showroom to select tile and other fixtures for the project, Tony guided us through the many dazzling options and introduced us to the owner Cliff who was genuinely happy to make our acquaintance and have our business. This trip to the showroom and meeting with Tony and Cliff convinced my wife and I that we had made the right choice for our pool upgrade.

Once the job began, we were continually pleased with the craftsmanship and skill displayed by each member of Cliff's staff as the job progressed. A couple of issues arose that were not the fault of Cliff's Pools such as my daily morning visits from wild parakeets and their acidic droppings that stained the new unsealed coping around the edge of the pool.

My panicked call to Cliff's was met with professionalism and calm solutions without additional costs. Our pool upgrade is now complete and looks fabulous. It's like we had a brand new stylish pool you would want when buying a home in a new development. Our backyard is once again the sanctuary of tranquility that it once was when we moved into this home years ago.

We are so happy with Cliff's Pools & Patios that we have decided to change pool service companies and hired Cliff's to maintain and care for our beautiful, sparkling pool. Thank you Cliff, Tony, Luis, and all the other wonderful employees who made this project a pleasure to watch as you transformed our pool from sad to awesome! Cliff's Pools is a very professional and responsive pool service provider. I have been using them for over a year now and they have always been very attune to my needs and quick to schedule service. They are extremely knowledgeable and always give me thorough explanations to my questions (which is great because I know nothing about pools!). The weekly pool cleaning service is quick and thorough. The customer service is second to none and they are always straightforward and fair with pricing. Highly recommend and they are local so very easy to get in touch with. A+

Highly recommend Cliff's. They are definitely the most professional and responsive company I have ever worked with on any home repairs, period. We had them resurface our pool deck and the pool itself. They worked quickly and the work itself was high quality. Throughout our multi-stage project, I never had to call and follow up on anything. Luis and the team at Cliffs were super organized and proactive, and quickly resolved any questions or concerns we had along the way. We really enjoyed working with them!

This company has been amazing to work with. They clean my pool weekly and were excellent to deal with as certain repairs needed to be made due to the age of my pool along with updates through remodeling. CJ (Cliff's son) and one of the remodeling managers, Luis were both amazing to deal with from start to finish. Luis went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the workmanship of the pool and would frequently call to check in with updates and to answer my hundreds of questions.

When someone else responded to the job, Luis always called to follow up to see how it went. The ladies in the office (Jonea, Geri, and Nancy) are also wonderful and have answered so many calls and questions I've had throughout my remodeling process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Joe, Shawn, and Carlos from service are always amazingly helpful in making sure things run smoothly and efficiently and they keep my pool looking beautiful and clean.

We have recently added a bench, replaced waterline and stair/bench edge tile and resurfaced our pool using Cliffs Pools! First I have to say what a pleasure it is working with every single person at this place! CJ was our initial contact and he walked us through all of our options and listened to our wants but also what we could afford without any sort of pressure to up-sell!. Jerry and office staff/team did a great job keeping us informed as our tile was back ordered and delayed due to international shipping issues which was certainly not their fault, but they always made sure we knew where things stood. Luis H., Vinny D and Tom were our primary site supervisors and these guys did an amazing job of answering our questions, explaining the process and steps along the way and just generally keeping track of all the moving parts! Luis especially showed so much patience answering all of my questions regarding process and procedures as this entire journey was a learning experience for me!

He took his time and had patience to make sure I understood each phase! The guys doing the build and resurfacing were top notch, fast and really friendly, nice guys to have around! We are so pleased with the results and the experience with Cliffs pools! We highly recommend their services and suggest you give them a try for all of your pool needs!
