I have been buying at Gorman for over twenty years. Linda has been the manager the entire time, she is great but I think her best skill is hiring. Everybody there is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are a pool or pluming contractor you owe it to yourself to give them a try, once you do you will be lifer like me.
