I would highly recommend! Full pool and deck remodel. Jaime was very responsive and organized. From travertine installation, new tile, diamond bright and salt water system to water treatment when completed. Always answered calls and texts immediately. So I found JTs plumbing on Google, received great service and had my timer replaced. Two months later my timer isn't working and I called the owner and she basically told me I'm out of my money due to storms hitting the timer and knocking power out. She wouldn't even consider sending someone out to take a look at the product and automatically assumed I wanted something for "free". If you want to be out of your money because no one can control Mother Nature, right? Please don't use these unprofessional people.

We had our pool re-done with a bench in the deep end and had a new Pilot Salt System installed all within two weeks. Extremely happy with our new pool. Highly recommend Jaime and his crew. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had been in the pool business hence my initial choice. Jaime inspected my pool and I contracted him for a remodeling thereof. He did an excellent job for a very fair price. Thereafter, I have used the company for weekly pool maintenance. They have maintained my pool perfectly for the past year and a half to my full satisfaction and I have received many compliments on its fine appearance. I highly recommend this company

I was looking for a pool service company to install a Saftron pool handrail on my paver decking. Upon several attempts of calling other pool service companies around my area I found JT's Pool Services and "What an Amazing Experience" I received! Great Friendly Customer Service, Prompt and Affordable! They dispatched a technician out to my home to install the handrail Professionally and in a Timely Manner! After a brief conversation the owner met me at my house for a site visit to outline the scope of the project. He was very knowledgable and educated me on a few options that we had not even considered. Within a few days, his crew was removing old tiles and prepping the pool. The following day, they laid the new tiles and then it was onto diamond bright resurfacing- his crew were ultra professional, respectful, hard working and organized.
Our pool is the envy of the neighborhood- it has never looked better! Killer pricing! On budget! Ahead of schedule and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the owner to his crew. Highly, highly recommended!

Mr. Tapia and his staff are very professional. The diamond brite and the retiling job done to my pool was excellent in quality. This Company finished the job before the promised due date and I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a serious Company for their pool needs. If I could leave 0, I would. In the short time I used them, I never really found my pool to be "clean". I started following behind them, finding that the baskets would go unemptied and the filter wasn't being cleaned once per month as agreed on. I set up my drop cam to watch what they do when they come out. 3 weeks in a row, it was a young guy that I believe to be the son. He was on the phone, scooped some leaves with a net, poured chlorine in and left. Calls and emails went unanswered. VERY unhappy.

At first you think what a nice family business. When you have a problem they get right out. Then you start to realize that since you have used their service your equipment is breaking and your pool is filled with algae. The son who does the weekly service is on his cell phone the entire time. I highly doubt he checks the water chemical levels and if he does he doesn't do anything to fix the problem. Pools don't have extremely PH levels and no clorine in a matter of 2-3 days. Try Knox Pools. They are great!
