I called your company three weeks ago to inquire about a pool install. The person on the phone told me to submit a form on the website. I still haven't heard anything can you have someone contact me? Its been over three weeks.

Very good customer service when the pool was getting constructed. Poor customer service after the pool was built when items needed to be corrected.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Called for a bid of a new pool and they said they would not be able to bid for two months and they would call me. Called back 3 months later and they assured me they would call in another couple months. Still waiting 8 months later. Obviously I went with another company. Now waiting to see if I ever get a call.

We ordered our new spa last April and do to COVID it finally arrived. I was worried about how they would get the spa around the back of my house and onto my deck. The crew that dropped the deck off was very professional and did a great job getting it down the hill and onto the deck. The spa is great.

Bought a brand new hot tub and paid in full on day of sale. After waiting many months for backorder. They were up front about that and no complaints there, estimate was off a month though but I understand delays happen. Right before delivery I found out they just told me what I wanted to hear to make a sale. Disappointing but not unexpected anymore.

The 'electrical contractors' they recommended were late, too lazy to even check out the location and tried to pad their estimates with unnecessary additions. The store is nice with a good set up and the sales reps were friendly but the trust and repeat business is gone. Reply Edit: Commendable for a rapid reply. Comes off as very experienced in this situation.

I fully admit to making a mistake. As a small business owner constantly on the defensive with larger companies trying to take advantage of my smaller size and less legal muscle I record every phone call, save every text, voicemail and email. After this experience I'll now record every face to face conversation as well. What we wanted was specifically asked about.

I also consulted 3 electricians with over 40 years experience each before I even visited the showroom if what we wanted could be safely and reliably done. The only reason I'm not using them is because all 3 are out of state but I trust their experience as I've worked with each of them before and have experienced their workmanship and knowledge on a first-hand basis.

I'd like to say the sales rep confirmed this but as I did not record the conversation I have no proof. Again my mistake. I also make the mistake of not requesting the manual to confirm before sale. I trusted the sales rep instead. That's on me, I've been in business long enough to know better. I can also state without doubt or reservation that there are zero perfect contractors in existence.

The only reason they have no complaints is because nobody has bothered to type one out before. I will not ask for a refund because the sale has been made and paid for. I will not back out of an agreement I made in good faith but any products, maintenance, repairs or any other services will be sought elsewhere. Edit#2 Delivery was very good and the freight damages were fixed promptly.

Still not going back for any repeat business but those who are out doing the actual work were excellent. Used a different electrical contractor, will not be doing business when their referred contractors again either.

Love prestige! Jim, Ruth, Connie and everyone there are terrific. Excellent customer service. They don't oversell stuff you don't need. They keep their commitments. Love my pool and so glad I decided to go with them to install and maintain it.

Took a little while to get going but once we did, the process was smooth quick and easy for us. We had some trouble navigating rules and restrictions of the city, but after many re-designs Prestige gave us a reasonably sized pool in a small area in our yard our city allowed us to work with. Every pool company is busy right now, in fact they were busy prior to Covid-19.

When looking for pool bids, a few companies wouldn't bother to even give us a bid or made it totally inconvenient to do so (one company wanted to come out at 6:30 am because it was the only time they could get us in). Prestige came out in a timely fashion and gave us pros and cons of the three types of pools they install. The pool and fence now looks great and is exactly what we wanted.

Jason was AMAZING!. He made our buying experience easy. He was honest and upfront from the beginning of our experience. The first day at the showroom, he showed us all of our options. Once we ordered the tub, he always kept us updated on the status of our delivery. He was available 7 days a week even on his days off. The hot tub was better than I ever imagined.

I can't wait to get into it every day! With the arrival of the hot tub were all the supplies that we needed. Jason walked me thru step by step on the set up- "AFTER hours"! For 2 days! A week after arrival, we went to the show room and Jason showed us everything we needed to do in regards to the hot tub upkeep. He made it very easy. I am SO SO happy about our purchase. I will be back to get more accessories!
