We purchased a pool from Munie. The pool has since been installed. There are three things that I find important when selecting a business, one is product quality and value. Our pool looks great and we feel it was a great value. Second, they were always in contact with us, updating status on delivery of our pool and making sure we took care of things we needed to take care of in advance, I.e. sand, permits, etc.
So communication was great from Muncie. Finally, when our installer backed out, they helped us find another, get on their list, and followed up afterwards. The installation took longer, but Muncie was always apologetic and didn't drop us when things got tough. After the pool was installed, there was an issue with the pump, which was an easy fix. Chris came out as well as followed up with emails on the status of the operation of the pump.
Very responsive when service was needed. Overall, great product, always in communication with us the customer, responsive to calls and emails, and making sure service issues are addressed. I would use them again, thanks Chris and team.

Munie went above and beyond helping to get our pool ready for the spring/summer season, even when we encountered a few unknown challenges. As we were rookie pool owners, they were knowledgeable, attentive to details, and took time to explain everything we needed to know about a pool.
