Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Charged monthly for no service and halfa** job. Filter was not cleaned for weeks and have the photos to show. Do not use this conpany save your money. Also may have damaged the pool by putting to much chlorine in the pool. Have a specialist coming to determine the damage Services: Filter cleaning, Tile brushing, Water treatment, Wall brushing

Critical: Responsiveness Been using services for years, now when calling to get a repair scheduled can't get a hold of anybody. Repair extension doesn't answer, can't leave a VM cause mailbox is full. The services have gone downhill. Very disappointed with this company now.

I wish I could give them a zero star review. It has now been 4 weeks of a green pool. Calls multiple times per week w/ no shows after many promises. Horrific service Service: Water treatment

Critical: Responsiveness I cancelled the service in Sept 2021 and they continue to charge my credit card each month. They do not take or return calls. I've been charged for six months and not been credited. Former customers should check their credit cards. Services: General repairs, Wall brushing, Vacuuming

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Value I complained many times and they didn't care. This is the worst company ever.

I recently switched pool companies. I love the friendly service and helpful feedback I received from Gustavo. He was good with the kids, explaining what he was doing and why! It has been a wonderful change to my previous service. SQ

Stay away from this company! They kept emailing me quotes for new pool equipment that I didn't actually need. Every week days after they would come to "clean" my pool, it would be green again. I bought a new filter from them bc they said that was the issue. Afterwards my pool was STILL GREEN at the end of every week. This went on for 2 months! They kept telling me they didn't know why this was happening.turns out their "technician" was only shocking the pool with liquid chlorine (lasts 24hrs) and not putting the tablets that dissolve over time in my chlorinator like he should have been doing.

The few times they did answer the phone, they gave me the worst attitude. This place is a joke. I told them via phone and email not to come back to my house bc I was having another pool company fix the issue. They told me they were sending someone out regardless, so I had to sit and wait an entire morning and afternoon to tell the guy he didn't need to be there. Stay. Away.

Crystal Clear Pool is under new management and their service for my Vacation Homes Pools has been excellent! They are reliable and efficient, and our pools always looks crystal clear. I highly recommend this company for any of your pool service needs.

I currently have a warranty company that contracts with Crystal Pools. From the first time I have the pleasure dealing with this company, they have been amazing. They communicate in every step of the work order process, I get courtesy phone calls when the tech is on his way and once the work has been completed. I also get e-mails with details of the work completed and helpful suggestions for my pool care/needs.

I must state the staff (Samantha, Theresa) and techs (James) are outstanding. They have a amazing customer service foundation unlike any pool company that I have come across. If you looking for a pool service company, don't keep searching and give them a call to take care of your pool needs.

Crystal Clear Pools is by far the best company. The employees are professional and always willing to help. I have never had a bad experience with any of the office management or pool technicians. I also get a quick response if I have a question or concern about my pool maintenance or equipment.
