Excellent service my pool is in great shape. Very perfessional

Malins Pools and Patio Supplies gets a 10 plus for remodeling our pool. We were so lucky to find out about Malins Pools. The company doesn't advertise online or anywhere else that I know of, they get all their business from word of mouth. When I contacted them, Larry came out to our house, I received a detailed estimate, excluding the cost of an electrical problem that I thought our electrician could do. Alberto and Juan did a fantastic job digging and re-routing pipes, eliminating one skimmer and replacing the other skimmer.

They cut concrete, placed new pipes and poured new concrete. The way they worked was amazing, they left everything super clean. They also fixed the electrical problem. The crews Malins used for removing the plaster and putting in the new plaster were also great. Everything went like clockwork. There were no delays, they showed up on schedule and on time. We could not be more pleased. We highly recommend Malins Pools and Patio Supplies.

Friendly staff. Jennifer is great. That got all you need for your pool maintenance. Strongly recommend them if you need pool supplies in chino.

Above and beyond exceptional customer service. Last week I fnished cleaning my filters and could not secure the clamp on my cylinder. A 30 min job turned into 2hours. Frustrated, I brought the clamp to Malins thinking I needed a replacement. Right away, Jennifer recommended to replace the O-ring. She said the clamp looked good and a replacement for that would be over $200.

She cleaned the screw, free of charge. I bought the O-ring went home and had it clamped and the filter charged in 5 mins. Only cost me $22 bucks. It is awesome to have a pool store that treats its customers with respect and trains their staff to have extensive knowledge. Ask for Jennifer, she is the best!

The employees at Malin's Pool are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dave and Jennifer have always given me spot on advice.

Although my opinion of Malin's is somewhat jaded because I know the owner, I've seen how he and the staff are with customers and Malin's beats, hands down, any Pool Supply location I've ever visited! The pool supplies and accessories are unmatched, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Malin's repeat customer base is very loyal. Kudos all around to Malin's.
