I called to get a pool cleaning service done at my home. They scheduled a technician to show up and he flaked. No call no show. They scheduled me a 2nd time and the same thing. No call no show. I gave them a 3rd and final chance and the same thing. No call no show. I don't know how they have 5 stars. Their rating is padded.

I was very pleased with the service I received today. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Richard was able to repair my pool pump leak in just a few minutes and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going to them again for my next pool repair emergency.

Really Good pool Staff. Always helpful and friendly. Pricing is better than Leslie's pool Chain. Bought a new salt generator there rather than Amazon, their Warranty was better than Amazon, and the price was better too.
