We had decided to transition to a salt generator for our pool and originally decided to go to a different company to install the equipment. Aqua-Matic contacted us after we had made our decision and discussed the process with us. The information they provided and the amount of time they gave to us to explain the process, made us change our mind and go with Aqua-Matic. Incredibly happy with our decision!

Every member of the Aqua-Matic team make you feel like you are the priority. Todd was extremely informative and communicated updates to us as the process went along. When Todd and Earl came to do the work, they were extremely efficient, professional and did an excellent job! Liz will give you all day to ensure you are comfortable with the information she provides you and makes sure you understand it before you leave their store. I have been using Aquamtic for years now and they are very nice and very knowledgeable. They did my liner replacement when it was needed and I have been using them for water testing and all my pool supplies ever since.

Aqua-Matic is the best! Aquamatic came to the rescue when a different pool service company in the area was of no help to us for two issues, one of which was urgent. We needed to find a significant leak that was draining our pool at a disturbing rate. We also needed to get a new cover to replace our circa 1985 safety cover. For both these issues the other company was not helpful and also rather rude, so we gave up on them and looked for a new place to do business with.

When we called Aqua-Matic about the leak, they were out on site promptly with some sonic equipment that located the leak within minutes. They repaired the leak for a affordable price. We were so thrilled and relieved! Because of their great customer service, we decided to ask them about the new cover. They gave us an reasonably priced estimate and told us they would come out and pick up the cover from us to use it as a template.

The other company wouldn't pick up the old cover which was so large when folded up it wouldn't fit in our car. It was also so heavy we couldn't move it without help. They told us we had to get it to them ourselves, period. Wow. What a great experience we had with Aqua-Matic, especially in comparison to the other company! Aqua-Matic picked up the old cover from us and then delivered and installed the new cover.

We were completely pleased with both how the cover turned out and their installation of it. I highly recommend this pool company over Apollo Pools for people in the Birdsboro/Reading area
