Very poor customer service have been trying to get our pool serviced with them since they are the original builders with the previous home owners and it took 2 calls before I got a call back and was told they would be there the following week and here we are 5-6 weeks later multiple voice mail messages left and no response. Unfortunately with covid 19 no other place that I have contacted are taking new clients. So I am stuck with this poorly managed company and no service.
