Signature Pools put in an in-ground pool for me last year and the process went great. The pool looks awesome and working with them over the design phase was easy. They were able to show me the best options and it all came in at a significant value over other competitors. They provided everything I needed to know as a new pool owner and we're patient with all my questions about water chemistry, system differences, tools needed, etc. I'm definitely happy with my choice of using them to get the pool installed.

We chose Signature Pools mainly because of the many years of experience they have and the professional job that Todd Emmerson did in helping us make our decision. Todd's patience in answering our multiple questions and concerns really sealed the deal for us, not to mention that he is a great designer and gave us many options to work with. We decided to go with a fiberglass pool for the maintenance aspect of it.
I really did not want to worry about ripped or torn pool liners down the road. We have 3 kids and 4 dogs, plenty of opportunities for a pool liner to rip! The sales process was pretty straight forward. We dealt with Todd Emmerson, and he was great. No pressure, he simply gives you his opinion, what options you have with the yard and property you have and that's it. Todd did not try to get us to upgrade to features we really didn't need.
The installation process went extremely well. It was scheduled and they showed up ready to go! Tom (owner) showed up with some heavy equipment and we were simply amazed how much they got done on the first day. Every stage of the installation we were updated with what would happen next and if I had questions they were quickly answered. So far, my experience in owning a fiberglass pool from Signature Pools has been great. No issues. I would highly recommend them and buy a pool from them again any day.

Sales process was wonderful, Todd was extremely knowledgeable and helped us throughout the entire process! We love the fiberglass; it's smooth, gentle on our feet, easy to maintain and the limited amount of chemicals needed has been awesome! Erich was amazing as well and guided us through "Pool School" and maintained communication with us as newbie pool owners.

An all around great company! From our initial contact with Todd, our experience with every team member has been outstanding. The design process was detailed and Todd ensured to cover all of our needs and wants. The construction was done in a timely manner and care was taken by their entire team and they exceeded our expectations with their detailed approach.
Like all projects, there are questions along the way and each person took the time to answer our questions and provide thorough explanations. We are now enjoying our pool and are very happy with our choice for the construction and ongoing maintenance of our pool.

We had our Aspen Fiberglass pool installed by Signature Pools this summer and we couldn't be happier. From the beginning, the process was extremely smooth and exciting. When Todd came out for the very first time, he took his time explaining things to us and answering any questions that we had. The design process and his attention to detail were excellent as well.
Once it was time for installation, Tom, Derek and the entire crew were incredible and extremely precise- they went above and beyond and the pool turned out better than we could have ever imagined it to. After things were complete, Erich has been so helpful getting the water balanced and training us on how to properly care for the pool. The customer service throughout was excellent and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool! We can't wait for all the memories to come in our backyard!

We first spoke with Todd from Signature pools and he was very responsive and great to work with while helping us choose our fiberglass pool and backyard design plan. We love our pool, the installation process went smoothly, much of it is contingent on weather- so it definitely takes some patience, but the process from start to finish was great. After install, Erich was so helpful at training us how to use and maintain the pool.
He was able to stop by to help us troubleshoot any beginner questions we had. We love the auto cover, the fountain features and the robot vacuum! A pool is an investment and we're excited for years and years of enjoyment to come.
