Long story short. Wanted a pool liner installation. Poorly done work. Continually tried to call to correct the problem. Said they would come out and would not show up. Tried calling owner SEVERAL times and when they asked who was calling all of a sudden he was on vacation. Owner screens calls. Left messages for Jim to call back. He never did. Worker that did the work admitted it was not done properly.

Problem was never corrected and full payment was made to this company. Pics show some of the wrinkles and gaps that are going to eventually rip. I would not recommend them to anyone! Awful.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness When asking questions on a pump that I purchased almost a year ago the rep waited on two different customers. Was not helpful in getting information on what or who to contact for warranty service. Will not use this store again. Service: Swimming pool equipment repair

This was the store I used all the time for everything. I went in tonight to have my water tested about 30 minutes before they closed. Was told by the guy they stop that at 4. Funny I have never been there before 4 any other time. So went down the street had them test it purchased my ladder and chemicals from them. A simple 30 second test cost them 350 sale. Lesson learned.

Purchased a pool and was told it would be installed in about 2 weeks. Two weeks pass so I check on things (after no response from messages left) and am told they have no idea when it would be so we could find another installer if we'd like. Um no, you had no problem telling me a couple weeks ago and lying to my face when they clearly had no clue at that time either. Got a refund and went somewhere else, for cheaper too.

After reading these bad reviews I'm not surprised about any of it. I met another lady last weekend who is now looking for someone to install their pool because the same thing happened. Save yourself the disappointment.

Great customer service! My hot tub had stopped running when the temperature was below freezing. I called and they came out the same day and actually had a new heater. As that was causing the problem so they were able to resolve the issue the same day! I don't know what I would have done if they had not responded so quickly. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE this pool company! Can't believe they are still in business! Only thing they did right was install a pool liner. But it was horribly late. Unable to keep track of inventory - was told our parts were not there, then suddenly they were. Installed the wrong color of skimmer (they must be color blind) - it was also they wrong type. Did not have extension as ordered.

We were lied to. Will never, ever set foot in store again. Now use the other store in town - VERY happy with service & new filter we purchased from the other store (not JTS). Good reviews must be from relatives.

Do NOT use this company. I recently hired this company to install a pool liner. It has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. The manager Darryl never returned any of my phone calls or my emails. They did not show up for their appointment when they said they would. When I called and spoke with somebody in the office they said they can't guarantee when they will come out but I'm "on their list" and they are "slammed with customers".

When they finally came out, they brought the wrong ladder, forgot the ladder pad and cut the gasket for the skimmer upon installation. After a few more days, I finally got a hold of the manager and notified him of this and he would not take any responsibility and said at least I got my liner and he hung up the phone. This is the worst company for pools.

This is a pool supply store? No, I don't think so. Helping customers? No, I don't think so. They sell me a pump. However, they don't sell the fitting I need because my system is older and the fitting is much larger on the filtration system than the new pump. I look at the floor model, and tell her this is what I need. "We don't carry that in stock.

I would have to order it." She refused to allow me to have it. It's a floor model? She can't take apart her floor model (plus they don't sell them either LOL). So I go check another store, only to go back there because I need to get the fitting from them for their style pump. She tells me she can't order it? She said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get? Seriously? This is not a pool supply store for people with pools!

With only two pool stores in town and both having similar prices and rating I figured what could I lose by choosing either store? Apparently my patience. As someone who works in sales, I'll admit I may have high expectations for customer service but I'm usually pretty understanding IF there is communication along the way. I was told my pool would be in a week after I placed the order.

It took 3 weeks. I had to call for updates myself, was never called by anyone in the store. The installers list I was given was short and disappointing. After having to call Darryl at JTS about the lack of the installers response, I eventually (a week later) got a call back. The installers successfully installed my pool but my yard now looks like a motor bike race track. If I could have gotten my money back and gone to a different store, I would have in a heartbeat.

We had JTS Pools replace our liner. The installers were great. They were excellent to notify us when they would be at our house and what to expect. I highly recommend Jim and his staff!
