They have fantastic customer service and they are very personable!

My 1st time there and I have a small quick set pool. They were very professional and knowledgeable of what I needed to buy and also how to use it and how often to use it. My 6 year old will be a happy and safe swimmer this summer!

Fix your google hours. Said you close at 6pm and it's only 5pm. Drove all the way here to find out you are closed. I'll drive further to another store next time.

Any-Time Spas & Pool is a nice little family business. Darlene and Mike are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. So much better than the chain pool stores. Same holds true for their prices. They are honest and pleasant to deal with. Also the field crew does great work. I've been a pool owner for 30 years and since I've found Any-Time I will not go to any other pool store.

Hey Tamara reviewer.they have had black people working for them for years! Don't pull the race card and certainly don't use that racist word. You are deplorable. These are great people. Honest, caring, trustworthy. I've been a customer of theirs for years. Move onto your next job and stop with spreading hate. Take care and God bless.

Hey KH reviewer. You don't know anything about me or this situation so you should really mind your business. The race card really? Why go through all of that for a rinky dinky pool company. Whats right is right and whats wrong is wrong.

Always great service. They come out quickly when there is any issue. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my spa needs.

Want talk about rude, I am going from a cartridge filter to de, went here to ask advise on de filters and he gave me a price on pentair quad 60 for $799.00 and $169.00 for a multi point valve, I am not made of money so I found the same thing cheaper online, went back to him to ask how we plumb a de filter and he said " you bought it somewhere else and expect me to give you free advise"! Really, and you say I'm rude!

Will never go there again, kiss my ass! So we left and went to tri county in Hickory, now that's a classy place, not rude, doesn't charge for advise and won't get upset if you don't buy from them! Thank you Anytime for sending me to a place that has common sense and kindness!

My wife and I have used this company for years. Better and longer lasting chemicals. Very informative with questions.

We contacted Anytime pools in October of 2010 to possibly do a in-ground pool. The owner state that diggin would begin in November which never happened. The employees show up and started digging in March. The owner Mike Jones, was contacted regarding a contract and we were told we will get to that at a later time. The pool they installed was a pool that we didn't want, and we were never even given a price on it.

The company didn't show up after that. We called at least once every week for three months. In May we were told that thy couldn't come out because their truck was broken and I actaully offered help and the use of my truck. I was told the first week in June that we were scheduled for June 6th. On June 6th when no one came to our house I called and was told that someone called out and they would have to push it to June 8th.

We questioned the company on June 8th because again they did not show up and told them we were going to pursue legal actions, they demanded a deposit and for us to sign a contract. When we told them we would pay them when they completed the pool that they started, they came out and stole stuff off our property. I have video of them taking the stuff off of the pool.

I can provide phone records trying to solve this issue but to my dissatisfaction I was always lied to. On June 8th in the evening an employee came out and stole the filter off of the property. That same evening I talked to Darlene who is the wife of Mike and she told me that they were coming out on the 9th of June and that the filter was wrong and thats why they took it.

When they weren't at my house at 9 am on June 9th, my wife called and told them if they didn't come today that she was filing a complaint with the BBB. I was called and told by the girls in the office that the crew was on their way. They came at 10am and started taking the stuff off of the pool(which I have video of). My wife was home and she asked the employee to get on the phone with me.

I talked to him and he said that the owner told him to take it off because it was the wrong stuff. He told me not to worry because they were going to get a digging machine and would be back. They never returned. I called Harford County and was told that the company called them and asked them to remove them from the permit and they were not doing the work any longer. My yard is a mess, they semi-graded it and left it. I have trash, and boxes of stuff left in the corners with mice in them.
