The people that showed up at my house were very well prepared and waisted know time in starting the job they was able to answer any questions i had and they did a very great job. my son has a in ground pool and i would use them with no problem again and i will see you soon and i recommend them to anybody that needs great work and prompt timeing.thanks guys and i will see you soon i hope for my sons pool.

The crew that came out really helped me out as a new pool owner. I wasn't sure where to put it in my yard and the guys took the time to show me a couple options because I have a slope. They dug the site larger, so I don't need a fence (which really saved me a lot of money) They explained everything about the pool and filter operation also.

We had a pool installed by Floyd. The first thing we noticed was how knowledgeable they were-they immediately identified several concerns that would have kept us from passing inspection. They worked quickly and efficiently. Most impress though was that they discovered a problem with the pool liner and waited 2 hours for us to go pick up a new liner.
That put them behind schedule but they insisted on staying and getting our pool done today so we wouldn't have to try to schedule them to come back another time. We were impressed by the quality of the service and the professionalism of all of the employees.

Quoted one price over the phone by Mellissa, which was approximately 40% more then last year, and when the installation was finished I was informed of an additional fee that was never mentioned. When I tried to have a conversation with Mellissa she was argumentative and impossible to reason with. The crew that actually installed the pool did a good job, but I would NEVER do business with them again if Mellissa is involved. I feel that she is a nasty person and dishonest, and I suggest if you want any type of customer service do not use Floyd Contracting.

The owner of the company came to our house to access our water problem himself. He returned on the morning the work was to be preformed with a ,crew, material and equipment to dig, 4 inter connecting trenches ( in two locations ) added pea gravel and drain tile all leading to a dry well installed in our back yard on a day in September when almost 2 inches of rain fell that day, they were soaked!
Accept for the trench lines, you would have never known they we here. Recently, as I installed gutter guards around the house. I noticed that gutter downspouts that tied into those trenches they dug now had wire mesh ( to prevent leaf clog )in the downspout holes that wasn't there prior. Nice hidden touch!
