The salesman sounded very convincing and even knowledgeable. I spent quite a bit of my time explaining what I need and showing him around. He left promising estimates within " a couple of days", 2 months later I have nothing with phone calls and E-mails sent to different people within the organization. I agree with some reviewers below that they value their time a whole lot more than their potential customers.
I always like when people get back to me, even if they decided not to take on my account. After all they sent me solicitation materials, I did not ask for it! Very unreliable, look elsewhere.

After working with other pool companies and being frustrated and disappointed, we called Glengate and were shocked at the difference in the level of service we received. They are professional, knowledgeable, reliable and worth the cost. There is no sense in paying a lower price when the work doesn't even meet bare minimum standards. We have been extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Excellent service, totally professional in every way. Customer oriented with every question and call important with prompt response times. Technicians are excellent, well trained and take pride in their work. Management is responsive, extremely knowledgeable and respectful. It's a pleasure to do business with Glengate and I highly recommend them for any pool service.

Glengate built and maintained our pool. The pool is crumbling after 16 years. We even had repairs done by Glengate. Still the pool is falling apart. They take no responsibility for the care of the pool despite the pool only being 16 years old and Glengate has continuously maintained the pool. They do not stand by their service or products. Our family has had a pool from Wagner at our relative's house which was built in 1975 and we never had problems with gunite.
Another problem was maintenance. Even though they built the pool they could not FIND the propane tanks to heat the pool. Glengate is just a rip off.--'In respons to your response. We call multiple times and could not even get a response for our requests. We wasted months trying to get the simplest answers.

Our pool is crumbling. We have had Glengate build and maintain our pool. Poor quality and service. They don't stand behind their wprk. Beware. This an extremely expensive product and service. You get little for your money. It has been suggested that maintenance was actually detrimental. Purposeful. I don't know. Very hard to get them to respond. Still waiting for the specs of the pool. They said it was going to be "pain" to get us the documents.

Very professional and helpful. We are thinking of installing a new pool at our house and the project manager Glen Gate sent was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of this project. I would highly recommend this company. However, be advised they are not the least expensive on the block.
