Patrick and company went the extra mile to fix a complex situation and gave me excellent advice that saved me significant dollars. These guys are simply the best.

I needed a new pool vacuum and stopped in to inquire about one. I had looked online and am capable of ordering on my own but Patricks attentiveness, friendly personality and willingness to tell me his thoughts about which one would work best for my pool made me buy the vacuum from him that day. Since that meeting I have hired Perry to close my pool for the winter. Morris and Rick are the pool technicians who closed the pool and are as well, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Morris is a great face for the business as we had a very good first meeting and Rick was conscientious enough to send me photos of my pool after they cleaned it and covered for the winter.

I must mention these incidents even though it may seem like this stuff should be expected for any good service industry. However, it has not been my experience with pool companies and I feel it is very important to recognize Perry's as a professional and friendly business to hire. Thank you Patrick, Morris and Rick. Looking forward to next spring pool opening.

Two seasons ago we decided to leave the initial pool company that installed and serviced our pool for almost twenty (20) years due to a decline in the quality of their service, their attentiveness and their inability to determine why our pool started losing water and our heater/pool pump began leaking. They performed multiple tests, had a diver come out and then disconnected various outlets from our filtration system all with no resolution. Based upon this we contacted Perry Pools.

They came to our home and talked to us about their organization and the various services and programs they offered. They quickly stopped all the leaks with our heater unit and filter pump and advised us as to how to resolve our pool leak issue. My wife and I can not express how pleased we are with their attentiveness, punctuality, cleanliness and overall professionalism.

All the various technicians that have been involved in the pool opening, closing and weekly servicing our very knowledgeable and professional (especially Tito) and we believe that we have found the pool servicing company which will be with us until the end. Thank you Perry Pools and Spa!

They were fabulous start to finish. I had an in ground vinyl lined pool installed and they did a great job from helping with permits, to breaking ground and getting us swimming ahead of schedule. Very unprofessional staff, I made an appointment over a month ago to have my pool opened. I get a call telling me they will be here in the evening around7:00 I said it will be dark before they finish and I do not want a rush job. I asked to speak to Will the owner to see what can be done he told me to " take it or leave it" I have used them for 4 years. So much for loyalty. Done with Perry!

How do you know your pool guy is trash! This is what Perry's Pool and Spas called reconnecting a pool pump.

They deserve a zero star rating as they are completely non-responsive and can't determine even the most basic things without lots of back and forth. Utter lack of regard for customers. Waste of time, run around, etc. Numerous messages left with zero follow up for routine repairs and maintenance. It's a wonder that they are even in business, and owner is MIA to deal with service complaints. Prisco SPA is way better and serves NY and Connecticut.

Contacted 2 other pool companies in Norwalk about a small repair and they were super rude. Perry Pool was extremely professional and helpful. We were very happy with the service! Looking forward to also hire them to install our pool heating system.

Although we have put off our pool work for a few months, I wanted to write a review about my experience so far. The staff are AMAZING, nothing is too much trouble and they came out to our property several times as the job was quite complex. All the guys are great and very knowledgable.great experience.

Extremely unhappy with the service. I called them to find and fix the leak in my pool. The appointment was scheduled in a week. I mentioned several times that while I will not be home the day of service, I need the technician to call me so I can guide and help to navigate around the pool. I received no confirmation, which is kind of ok. The day before the appointment I called them again and once again asked to call me.

The day of service I waited for them to call the whole day when my wife called me around 7 PM and notified that Perry Pools left a note in the mailbox, stating that "Fine a leak in the deep skimmer. Fix with exposy". Whatever that means. Next morning pool is leaking as no one ever showed up to fix it. I wrote an email to Perry Pools, expressing my deep dissatisfaction, and called them at the same time.

They told me that diver did not even dive, patched something in the upper skimmer and left. They also told me that in the morning of the next day, they will talk to the diver to find out about the details of his visit. Several hours later I received the call from them just to hear that after reading my email company is not able to satisfy my needs. PS. A week later American Leak Detectors came and fixed the leak.

Our project was to install a new cartridge filter, a heat exchanger connected to our boiler and a replacement of old piping to PVC requiring removal and restoration of a granite patio. Uncommonly professional and artisans in their trade. Performed as they promised leaving us totally satisfied. All with whom we dealt including engineers, plumbers and masons were of exceptional caliber.

Perry Pools does not disappoint! Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, but also very friendly and patient. They answered all my questions and left me completely satisfied with the purchase! Highly recommended! I will definitely be back!
