Purchased pool heater from this company and it doesn't work. They've come out 10-15 times to our house and say the pool heater is fine and it's the gas company's fault. Thousands of dollars down the drain and no working pool heater. This company does not stand by the products they sell and they do not take ownership when things go wrong. Stay away.

As a new swimming pool owner in the Plantsville area, I visited Aqua Masters for supplies to open our pool this spring. The staff (Brett in particular) was welcoming and very willing to ramp up my knowledge, both without over-informing.or over-selling! I've returned several times this season and continue to be satisfied with their service. I definitely recommend supporting this local business.

Our pool has never looked better! It took one visit in one afternoon for the service folks to work wonders with our pool. They have been super knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciate such quality service for something that we honestly know nothing about!

I do all my own pool service and only get my supplies and water testing done. Better prices than the chain stores. Not high school kids working there, same faces year after year.

Jim and Co. at Aquamasters have been opening and closing my pool for years. Always courteous, timely, and professional. This year I needed to replace tiles and caulking, and they did a superb job. They are a top notch pool company.

I would rate them a 0 if I could. Having been a small business owner myself I can honestly say I have never interacted with a more difficult company / owner. I cannot recommend them for any pool servicing or products. I would highly encourage others to take their business elsewhere.

When we purchased our home years ago, one of our "must haves" was an in -ground pool for our two young children. We were pleased when we found the perfect home with exactly what we wanted except the pool needed TLC both repair and maintenance. Of the five companies I contacted, only one, Aquamasters of Plantsville returned my call the same day. Brenda answered the phone and promptly set an appointment that same week.

When I met the owner Jim, he was both professional and very knowledgeable. While assessing our pool problems/needs, he explained in detail what needed to be done, how long it would take, the cost and his service agreement. After his team completed the job, my husband and I were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism of his employees from start to finish.

The kids are grown, we've downsized and moved, but the memories we have of those hot summer months entertaining in our yard with family and friends live on. Thanks Aquamasters! rl

I can't say enough good things about Jim and Aqua Masters. He has cared for my elderly parents' pool since we installed it in 2000. Jim managed to install safeguards that keep everything running and in good order without any work on my parents' part. The systems that Aqua Masters installed, fully automate the water chemistry, keeping the pool virtually maintenance free. On the infrequent occasion when the water gets cloudy, or something goes amiss, someone is there the same day, or the next day at the latest to correct whatever needs doing.

Do not use these people I used them for nine years and had a heater changed out only two years it failed and they are blaming me for not keeping water balanced! Very strange since I take my water to them for testing! Anyplace that turns their back on long time customers should not be trusted. Run away very fast.

The best service! Always greated with a smile when I bring my water in for a free water test and always given the best directions to correct any issues I may have quickly! Highly recommended for all your pool needs!
