Quick service, respectful and helped get an electrician there the same day! Explained the problem and completed service. Came in the expected time window. I will definitely always use them!

Had called last week about having an airlock problem. Said he was very busy, understandable. I called on Monday last week waited till Friday for service. Never received a follow up to confirm. He just showed up, spent 2 min and charged $170 gave him $200 and he said he would be back with change because he didn't have any. I send a message Friday when i got home from work and the hot tub jets were still not working. I haven't herd from him since. Small price to pay for shady people.

I was looking for a new pool service company and did days of research. I unfortunately selected what one of my neighbors use and it was a disaster - from bringing in my cover to the basement wet to never returning my calls after initial opening.

I then contacted Sean, who gave me sage advice and recommendations before I asked him to take over. When the other pool company backed out on me, Sean gave me an appointment in two days, came in with his professional and nice crew and cleaned our pool to perfection. We went from the expectation of have to refill the pool completely due to a nitrates problem, to Sean's expertise of only draining a few inches and treating with chemicals, which saved us so much money and hassle. Sean's responsiveness alone made me a customer for life, but then you add his expertise and his kindness and it's a no-brainer.

I used Aqua-Pro pool for the first time last week and having gone through a handful of pool companies over the years, it was nice to feel that I'm finally dealing with an honest company who truly cares about the customer and the services they provide.

This company consistently provides great service. They arrive on time and Sean is a delight to work with. Opening and closing could not be more hassle free. All the equipment ( pool cover, ladder, diving board, chemicals ) are neatly stored away in the space provided. Anytime I need chemicals or parts Sean is a quick text or call and he's at my pool with everything I requested.

In addition, he does not try to sell me new equipment but instead provides tips on how to keep the equipment I currently have running smoothly and efficiently. Thanks Sean! I would heartily recommend you to anyone looking for pool maintenance.

Sean was very accommodating. He waited for my parents to get ready and did the job right then too. My mother was pleased which is the most important part.
