Dakota Swimming Pools

Dakota Pools estimate for a 16x32 rectangle with royal spill over spa came in $20k less than the 2 others I received quotes from so it was a no brainer to go with them. They did the job quick and they did it Very well.the pool looks and works great. We received many compliments on it.

I used Dakota Pools because my neighbors said they were good. Steve the owner was very friendly and informative. Krystal and Sarah were always helpful with the selection ideas and process. Dakota in the field was the best andiled the crew and they did a fantastic job with every aspect of my pool build. The tech team thar set up the equipment was superior and also did a great job.

They started my pool build at the very beginning of August and the pool was completed by the end of the month. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them for your pool build.

Critical: Responsiveness I Hired Dakota pools to replace the liner and install a new pool step. The liner has buckles and the seam is coming away on both sides. The stone work is mismatched. Attempted to resolve the liner issue numerous times. Services: General construction, Remodeling, Design

Highly recommend Dakota Pools. The owner and his team provided clarity of what to expect for a job like mine from when the owner came to provide proposal ( which was very reasonable compared to others) until the job ended. Clear communication for sure and set appropriate expectations. Living in Nassau county my project was a little more difficult with such tight property lines. Digging a pool and installing patio not an easy task. Dakota pools ensured my home and my neighbors home were safe during demo, install and when they left for the day.

Very Professional, respectful and the team takes pride in their work. Diligent and clean. And most important my yard looks AMAZING. Dakota Pools recently installed a new in-ground spillover spa to my already existing pool, made repairs to the pool, converted all to salt water and redid all the masonry around the pool area. In addition, they built a stone fire pit with pavers in a separate sitting area and redid the patio that included installing a built in stone BBQ. I could not be happier with the outcome of the project and with Steve (the owner) and his team at Dakota.

Their workmanship was the best I have seen in the business. Steve was my point of contact. He was responsive, on-time and extremely professional and most important of all, hands on. Julie, who was the point of contact in the office, was very professional and responsive as well. I cannot wait until the spring to enjoy my new backyard! In addition, because of our wonderful experience, we will be continuing our relationship with Dakota Pools by using them for opening and closing services. We met with the owner Steve and immediately knew he was the right guy for the job.
