Crystal Clear Signature Pools

We used Crystal Clear to do a full renovation of our pool in 2016 and loved the result so much, we called on them again to build our new pool at our newly built and recently finished dream home. From the design phase with Bruno right through the construction and completion with Vince, they were very thorough with great attention to detail. They worked well with our house builder, getting the bulk of the pool construction done during the house construction They also brought in an equally great hardscape company to do the associated paver patio around the pool. A great experience all the way around.

I had the opportunity to photograph some of their pools and staff. The pools are out of this world and unique to each clients personalities. They work with each client and get to know them on a personal level to ensure they get their dream backyard. I was blown away with their work, and admire their work ethic. Crystal Clear built our pool over 15 years ago and they have serviced our pool since then. They have always been available to us for any issue, and their service has been prompt. This year we needed to resurface our pool and they did a spectacular job. It was done so quickly and we were up and running before Memorial Day Weekend. It is always a pleasure working with them.

Crystal Clear Signature Pools was one of the best companies/contractors that I have ever worked with. The process starts with Bruno, their designer/engineer, who creates your ideal setup based on in person meetings and surveys. He stayed involved with the entire process and was available to answer questions or make revisions throughout. Vince, the owner and Kevin (foreman), were also on site almost every single day to monitor the progress of the pool and answer any questions.

They took a lot of time to show us the process of creating the pool and why/how certain things were done. Their communication was excellent and the end product was absolutely beautiful. They take great pride in their ability to deliver high quality customized pools catered to the individual taste of their clients. We were so happy with the build process that we have kept them on for their monthly porter service as well as opening/closings. They make it easy and I could not imagine going any other way.

Crystal Clear Signature Pools have worked with us on three separate projects - a pool in Bucks County, a pool and courtyard at a shore house, and a patio/backyard renovation. In each instance, their design ideas, by former and current staff, were the spark that started the projects. Vince and Bruno personally supervised the jobs and worked with us on ideas or changes along the way.

They have a seasoned and knowledgeable crew who were a pleasure to work with. Most of all, our projects all have a unique aspect that makes them stand out from other pools we have seen. Vince and Bruno work to create a backyard environment, not just a pool!

If your looking for a reliable pool company, go no further. Vince and his crew are the best! They have been in business for years and stand behind their custom work. Their service manager Bob is great! He makes sure everything on your pool is working perfectly before leaving your home. Don't be penny wise and dollar foolish trying to save money by some of these fly by night guys that claim to know everything. I have personally been beat by several of them.

Crystal Clear just completed a renovation of our pool - which they also installed, and open and close every year. We couldn't imagine using any one else to work on our pool. Everyone we worked with was always responsive, courteous, patient, and made excellent suggestions while still incorporating our desires. They communicated with me regularly, letting me know of delays in schedule, when they would be on site, and quickly responded to my questions. We are thrilled with the finished product. I love these guys and would recommend them to anyone.
