Garrett Liners is the longest-established vinyl swimming pool liner manufacturer in the world. Founded in 1964 by Bill and Winnie Garrett, and currently managed by second generation owner, Ken Garrett, we've grown from a 5,000 square foot location in an old industrial building in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania, to our current modern, state-of-the-art 49,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Fallsington, Pennsylvania. This facility serves as our headquarters and manufacturing center for in ground liners, above ground liners, and safety covers.
Homeowners have trusted the quality of Garrett vinyl pool liners for more than 50 years. We start with only premium quality, virgin vinyl made in the U.S. and Canada. Every Garrett Liner has built-in sanitizing agents to reduce the growth of algae and mildew, UV inhibitors to help prevent damage from the sun's ultraviolet rays, and a clear topcoat to seal in the print and help resist abrasion.
At Garrett Liners, we only use 100% virgin vinyl that is manufactured in North America, and formulated with UV inhibitors and biocides. This provides the value and long-term benefit to ensure increased liner longevity, maximum durability, and enduring beauty. For an extra measure of protection from weather extremes, UV exposure, and abrasion, the 27 mil wall and 20 mil floor is an economical upgrade.
Garrett above-ground liners are manufactured with 18 mil, top quality North American vinyl, making it thicker and heavier than the vinyl used by most other liner manufacturers: providing the value and long-term benefit of increased liner longevity and durability. Carnegie Tile/Arctic Blue is only available for above ground beaded liners.

I've been a Garrett dealer for nearly 10 years. I've been repairing in ground pools for nearly 30 years. Garrett is hands down the best manufacturer I've had the pleasure of working with. I always have the most remarkable customer service. Since day one I've had Judy, Dawn, Shannon, and Mark M and W. They are only an email or call away. Extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all liners and safety covers.

In 2016, We brought a mesh pool safety cover from Garrett at the recommendations of our pool installer because he said the mesh cover is better than the our old solid cover that we had for over 10 years with no issues with holes. every year since we using the Garrett Pool cover we found holes all around it, the first year they repaired the cover for free then after they say the hole is caused by squirrels and the warranty doesn't cover it, we went back and forth.
After the first year we been paying an average of $550 to repair, this year they said I have to go back to my original pool installer and have them bring it in, and when I said i was no longer using them since they sold us this cover, they said they are too busy to fix it and I would have to wait till November to see if they would be able to repair.
What kind of pool mesh cover doesn't even last 1 year, and withstand the outdoor of the northeast. Some of the little holes are coming from the back / underside, I went back to Garrett, they said they are not sure why the material is running but sorry warranty don't cover it. Don't buy from Garrett, unless you want to pay for repair cost every year. I have picture of the pool cover of the holes for every spring when I open it.

If you are replacing your vinyl inground pool liner, use a company that does not use Garrett Pool Liners. I had a Garrett Liner installed in July 2018, by Early September 2018 had to refill pool constantly. Liner installation company, Mid-State pools, attributed water loss to numerous holes in the liner. No accountability taken by Garrett under their warranty. $4000 literally down the drain.
