Brian and his family are amazing. Buying and maintaining this pool was and is the easiest and most satisfying project we have done around here. It has been headache after headache remodeling our home but Brian was the opposite. The pool is awesome. The set up was flawless. His knowledge can't be touched and his customer service is top notch. We love our pool so much and we are so glad we went with Brian. You will not be disappointed!

We had an excellent experience with Bryan from Built Right Pools from the start. We had never had a pool before and he was able to offer us extensive advice about sizes, shapes, placement, and maintainence of our new pool. As we set out on our journey to acquire a pool during the onset of Covid, we knew product supply & availability was going to be a challenge. After many hours searching for a company, Built Right Pools rose to the top of the list. Bryan was extremely responsive for our first meet up and helped outline the best pool for our complex yard setup. He was our best advocate to help lock us into a pool that we absolutely love.

His crew worked through the ungodly August heat and got us installed and pool filling within a few days. We have been installed since August 2020 and have used Bryan and his team for pool closings & openings ever since. When we have an issue, he's on it (parts issues, leaks, warranty stuff, pool maintenance questions, chemical treating questions, etc. etc. etc.).

We knew by going to a family-owned & operated, local business that we were getting more than a pool installer we now truly have a "Pool Guy" that has been responsive to our needs when called upon. I will continue to highly recommend Bryan and Built Right Pools to anyone looking to turn their backyard into a great escape from the Summer Heat!

Brian was awesome to work with. Our township was really hard to work with and Brian handled everything. It was a dream of ours to get a pool and Brian made it come true. It took 2 years bc of the township, supply issues, etc and Brian was responsive and helpful the whole way through. He listened to what I wanted and made it work. I talked to another pool company before speaking with Built Right and they only wanted to put the pool in the easiest spot, and even tried to tell me not to get a pool. Brian listened to what I wanted and he came through! I recommend Built Right Pools to anyone looking for a pool!

We ordered our pool in March 2021, on the website it stated the earliest we would have our pool installed is July 2021. We received our pool August 2021, so we are able to get some swimming in before summer ends! We had ordered a different pool then the the one pictured but there was a problem with the delivery so we were asked if we would want the pool pictured instead and we agreed and we love it! Brian was responsive when we had questions and explained everything in detail! The pandemic has really slowed everything down and that is happening just about everywhere, we would definitely use built right pools again and recommend them!

We recently got our pool installed this past July. While waiting for parts to come in Brian was very helpful and willing to keep us updated. To our surprise the pool came in looking even better than we could hope. It is very sturdy and my family loves it. Brian and his team were also willing to help us every step of the way, be it with permits, finding help beforehand, and making sure my husband and I were comfortable after completion.

Regarding installation, you can tell it is a family business. They care about each other and their clients. If you want a pool, you should definitely get it Built Right. pun intended.

Bryan and his crew are AMAZING! From start to finish.these guys were like family. They worked all hours and in all types of weather to get our pool and deck done in a timely manner despite the delay due to Mother Nature! Bryan and his crew are knowledgeable, hard working and flexible. They answered all our questions from start to finish and made sure we were happy with the end product. After our install was done there was a miscommunication about where we wanted the filter. He and his team came back to move it no questions asked! They strive to make sure you love what you are getting! Very knowledgeable and are only a phone call away if you need him! You will not be disappointed if you go with Built Right!

We embarked on our very first pool journey around this time last year knowing NOTHING about pools! Bryan came to our house and helped us realize that we could have the backyard of our dreams. From the consultation, to the installation, he has been been there for us every step of the way. He, and his amazing team, have taken the time to explain every aspect of pool ownership and maintenance to us.

He answers every question promptly (and believe me, there are ALOT of questions) and responds to problem areas without hesitation. They came out in the fall to close and in the spring to open the pool as well. We couldn't be more happy with the pool company we chose. He'll be with us for life!

I'm posting this a little late and I'm very sorry. My husband and I purchased a pool and was supposed to have someone else install it but it was games with this company. I got Brian's number gave him a call. Three days later him and his crew were out to install. They busted their butts and we're so grateful and happy we used Built Right Pools. I believe in working with small, family owned businesses. Working with Bryan was like working with my extended family. We have been working with Bryan over the past year -- and he built our dream pool last month! For us, the added bonus is that we have Bryan for the life of our pool--anything we might need help with, he is gonna be there for us.

Had the chance this weekend to meet Bryan and his wonderful family, We have a 8 year old son Aidan who has chronic kidney disease waiting for a kidney transplant and is on PD dyalsis at home we have no budget for anything extra right now due to dr apts and supplies needed for my son My husband found Bryan on the internet and contacted him to help put up a used pool we have so my son could enjoy swimming this summer Bryan didnt even think twice about the 2 hour drive with his family to donate his time to help us Not too often ya find someone like Bryan the pool looks amazing he gave us great ideas on how to maintain the pool through out the season!! cant thank him enough!! thanks Bryan!!!! Aidan is going to have a worry free happy summer!!!
