Called to ask for guidance as to what chemicals i need to put in my pool and they guy was clearly annoyed and offered no help. i'll go elsewhere lol

Pool chemicals for a reasonable price Didn't try and upsell me, recommended only what I needed for my small inflatable hot tub.

Best pool store around. Great prices, very knowledgable, friendly, and take the time to help even with the smallest issue. I've had Larry to the house to work on my pool equipment as well as buy all my supplies at his store. A+ all around. Fully stocked and ready for the season! Water testing is on point, and everything you need is right there and at good prices. Plus, it is nice helping a local run business that is there to help his customers.

Purchased a pool pump/filter for this summers pool season at this location and paid over $1,200. Less than 7 days have gone by and we realized that this system was no longer needed. Since the system is still sitting unopened and untouched in my trunk in its original packaging, I called to see about returning it this week. I was told that the return policy is only THREE DAYS and they would not accept.

Three days? For such a large purchase - one that is still in its original packaging and never used? It's only been 6 days and this company refuses to accept. If there is such a strict and ridiculous policy that only allows three days for a return, the customer should have been verbally notified at the time of purchase like any reputable company would do.

That is a major oversight that negatively impacts customers. Being told that there is a sign I should have read in the store is a complete cop out. I will never shop at this store again.

LA Pools installed our inground pool 11 years ago and continues to give us great service, opening/closing and anything else needed. I highly recommend Larry Wagner & his team.

I had to cancel my pool closing two times in a row because of personal reasons. I called them to apologize and reschedule, and was treated very unprofessionally. In fact, I was berated and insulted. I have purchased things from the store multiple times and had them close my pool last year, but the way they spoke to me today was uncalled for. Frankly, I don't know how you can talk to a customer like that and still be in business. Thank god I wasn't in some mental crisis, especially this day and age. Take my advice, go somewhere else.

LA pools is a fantastic business site that has a very staff that is very knowledgeable understanding. The staff works with you and communicates professionally while going over the process of getting your vision where it needs to be. Creating a new pool is not an easy project by any means. I would recommend dealing with this site location. Thumbs up .

Couldn't be happier. Gave me a lesson on how to take care of my pool and managed to get my pool in shape all in one week even after a hurricane. Price was a little higher than other quotes but went with them because they truly showed the expertise and experience. Completely transparent in everything. The pool in this pic was green and foggy just a few days ago.

Dishonest and fraudulent company- La Pools sent a service guy out to fix my filter. I specifically told Brittany to call me before any work was started. Sadly, the service man replaced multiple parts without giving me a quote or getting my approval totally 970.00 and the problem with the filter was not corrected. We had another pool service come out. La Pools left the old parts so the new guy inspected them and said there was absolutely nothing wrong and should not have been replaced.

He even offered to pay us for the old parts.again Proving the parts were in good shape. It's a disgrace that la pools, a service company took advantage of a consumer, lied to get the work and basically stole from me.

I highly recommend this company. They are very thorough and detailed oriented. I had several pool companies over the past 2 years and they would just come and do what they had to and leave. These guys took the time to go over everything in detail, went step by step with me, coached me on what to do and did an amazing job from brushing my pool to fixing leaking parts. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs.
