All Above ground pool packages include the following: filter (variety of options available), wide mouth skimmer, dirt devil auto cleaner, telescopic pole, skimmer net, test strips, thermometer and A-Frame Ladder. Make sure to ask about the wide variety of liner options available and accessories including winter covers.
Weekly or BiWeekly Maintenance - Includes cleaning of filters, baskets, backwash, water test, manually vacuum pool and add Carroll County Pools chemicals as needed. If they do not have your part in stock they will be happy to order it for you right away. Our Westminster location in convenient to all parts of Carroll County including Manchester, Hampstead, Taneytown, Mt Airy, Union Bridge, Union Mills, Taylorsville, Finksburg, Gamber, Sykesville and Eldersburg MD.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Three times appointments were scheduled and they missed them. No calls to me, nothing. I've had to call and email repeatedly and today I was told "fuck you you're fired" by Hunter who called me back after I sent an email stating when I finally get a call (from Colby) that I should have been good with it but they called the wrong "Andrea" and started off about my part not being in.
I said you have wrong customer. Yet they insist they called me earlier this week and are demanding payment before service is done - what I was told today. I will happily share my emails with anyone who wants to see them. I'd give no stars if it was possible.

Hunter and Colby are the guys to talk to when it comes to any parts. I went to three different stores and these guys are the only ones who had the right customer service and knowledge on the part I needed. I will return for my pool supplies to when it comes to re opening this year. Service: General repairs & maintenance

We built our pool in 2007 and ave been very satisfied with the service. We recently contracted them to do our bi-weekly maintenance and our pool has never looked better! Highly recommend CCP. Started with my pool last year and they were recommended. They've been excellent - always helpful and extremely friendly. I had an issue with my pump and they had their engineer call me within an hour with troubleshooting suggestions. It's taken all the guess work out of pool maintenance and repair. Highly recommended.
