We've had our hot tub from Van Dorn in Reisterstown for the last 10 years. It's been great. Jerry knew what we needed in supplies and was very helpful.

Had an above ground installed 3 years ago. Then again this year after an accident and had to replace it. Very nice and easy to work with. Very communicative when it comes to the process. I go there every summer to get my water tested and haven't had any problems.

Van Dorn Pools is very knowledgeable on helping open, maintain, and close our pool. I highly recommend this business

Love my hot tub from Van Dorn Pools. This is my first hot tub, and since we cancelled our vacation to Europe due to Covid, my husband and I decided to purchase a hot tub treat for our back yard. Mara at Van Dorn Pools, was wonderful. She took the time to go over all the details of owning a spa and why it is very important to get one from a reputable dealer.

She also saved us money on the pad we needed for our spa. Mara advised us to use pea gravel and order a spa pad from Amazon and it saved us hundreds of dollars. So no concrete slab and extra expense. Plus the spa pad matches the color of our round Nordic Crown 30 jet tub. They will also help you with the figuring out how to PH and Alkaline levels correct. Great folks at Van Dorn.

This pool company installed our new pool. Installers were professionals, and did a great job in the mud. Due to covid, it took much longer than we thought it would, but well worth tge wait.

We have been using Van Dorn for supplies since purchasing our hot tub last year. This is the first time we have had to call on their service department for an issue with our re-circulation pump. Their pricing was fair & service was prompt. We Highly recommend them, great local company

Just took delivery of my new Jaccuzzi spa. Everything involved in this purchase from Van Dorn Pools and Spas in Reisterstown, MD was superb. Mara at the store was very good to deal with. Answered all of our questions and sold us a new spa. My old Jaccuzzi died after 30 years! I was especially pleased with their delivery and removal of my old spa. Their delivery guys were GREAT. I am totally pleased with how Van Dorn took care of our needs.

From top to bottom the entire process from removing existing pool, removing stones etc. and installation of new pool was fantastic.
