I am so pleased with the help I received in repairing my 12 year old heat pump. The correct parts were sent quickly and then the technician walked me through the installation. When I had one concern after the installation, they contacted me with another technician to work with me until it was fixed. You just don't see this type of service enough today. It obviously comes from pride in the products they sell and the work they do.

Great company. I wanted a pool heater for my house. I shopped around a bit. I end up choosing medallion energy. Within a few days Lisa and the owner got me a new pool heater pump install and ready to go. It was overall a great experience and fast service. I'd recommend them to everyone.

These folks are the best! Had an AquaComfort heater installed by a certified contractor but it failed almost immediately. Called mfg referred me to Medallion. Josh came out found some issues initially but it still failed. The company(Medallion) stayed on it and Josh worked till 9 last night to get it fixed. Between Josh and Denise I knew we were with the right company.

I have been a Medallion Energy Customer for a number of years. They have always been courteous and professional in my dealings with them. They are very friendly and care about the customer needs. I recently had a pool heater replaced. Medallion worked with me to deliver and install the new heater and haul away the old one. The pricing was great! The technician that did the install was super.

He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process could not have gone any better. The heater has been operating at peak efficiency and is quieter. I highly recommend Medallion Energy.

My heat pump had suddenly stopped working, the pool was installed about 3 years ago. I called the installer, they came out and looked, then I got a call from an Authorized repair tech, who gave me a quote that gave me sticker shock. So off to Google I go looking for a replacement fan motor and found Medallion Energy. I called up and talked to Denise, she was awesome, helped to diagnose and confirm the problem. Was very confident I would be able to perform the repairs.

I placed my order. The next day Denise called me and told me that they information they had for my model heat pump was not clear on which motor was needed. (this was greatly appreciated, I'm an auto tech and have gotten wrong parts so many times. It was very refreshing that Denise and Medallion cared enough to ensure I was getting the correct part the first time) She gave me her cell number and I sent her a picture of the numbers on the motor.

She got it sent out to me quickly. Then when I went to replace the motor I had a concern, sent Denise a text on Saturday evening and she replied immediately! And then sent me a text on Sunday morning to follow up! I was blow away with her customer service on off hours like that. Any further needs I know who I will be calling first, Medallion!

My pool heat pump was running continuously and no one on my area was able to service it because of the increased volume in business due to COVID. I called Medallion Energy and within days I received my parts, along with detailed instructions. My electrician was able to install the new parts and the heat pump is working like new. Kudos to Shelli and Denise at Medallion Energy for their unrelenting patience in answering all my questions and willingness to help me trouble shoot. Their customer service is platinum level!

I had a problem with my pool heater not working. Since I am in Maine and the heater company is out of state, it was not easy to figure out what was wrong. Medallion Energy is the service company for the heater. When I called, I got a live person who took down all the information, gave me some things to check out and even her cell number to call back on.

She also walked us through some diagnostics but when the problem still continued, she turned it over to Jim, an extremely knowledgable technician. I coordinated a call between him and our electrician and he was able to diagnose the problem. He also arranged to have the part in question replaced and the heater checked out within 24 hours. The people who came out to do the work were extremely friendly as well as professional.

I have my AquaComfort pool heater for about 6 years now. Dealing with an authorized distributor such as Medallion Energy has enabled me to obtain the parts and service needed to keep the unit running at 100%. I did the 5 year maintenance kit and replaced the fan motor and blade. With the online documentation, you really can do the work yourself. They ship fast and are a quality vendor to deal with. I live on Long Island and the summers are short, you need a heater.

I live in VA and have had a couple of minor issues with my 12-year old Aqua Comfort pool heat pump. All I need to do is pick up the phone and the staff at Medallion Energy diagnose the problem and ship me the parts I need. They are all fantastic, knowledgeable, and bend over backwards every single time. Even Though I'm hundreds of miles away! Be patient with them as they are well worth the wait.

I needed pool heater parts as my heater was not properly working. When I called Medallion, I was immediately helped by Shelly helped me troubleshoot the likely cause over the phone. Ordered the inexpensive parts and they did not work but turns out they needed to be replaced years ago so i was happy to replace them. When I called back, Shelly got Jim involved and he spent 1 hour on the phone with me diagnosing the parts needed and he was spot on. Parts arrived in a couple of days and the heater now works.

I could not believe that they would take this much time with me and walk me through the procedures step by step saving me a few thousand dollars. This is my pool heater company for life.as good a job at service as i have seen! Thanks Jim and Shelly. I will be in touch when the need arises again.

I recently ordered a new circuit board and sensors for heater and other recommended parts to fix my pool's Aqua Comfort Heat Pump. Working with Medallion Energy was a great experience. After 12 years our heater quit heating the water. When I called the number I had for the Heater Manufacturer I was connected to Denise at Medallion Energy. I explained what was and wasn't happening and she was able to diagnose my problem and made the necessary recommendations. When the parts arrived, I called and set an appointment with them.

It was very reassuring to have someone so patient and knowledgeable on the phone when doing the repair. Denise and Jim helped me get the parts changed out correctly and warned me of all the little things to watch out for on the job. It was easy and worked. It is very nice to get help. Better yet, they answer their phones and return calls. They are a real pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them.

In 2010 I purchased a AquaComfort heat pump from a local pool dealer. In 2012 due to Superstorm Sandy my heat pump stopped working and I tried to find a local repair shop through the manufacturer who could fix the unit. They referred me to Medallion Energy. Like the other reviewers I worked with Denise to successfully troubleshoot and fix the problem.

I have since called them 2 other times over the years and they have done a wonderful job troubleshooting the problem and helping me to install the part via directions given to me over the phone. I much prefer this approach to repairing the heat pump as opposed to spending time and money having someone come over to my house to repair.

Six and a half years ago I discovered that I was the owner of a new Rome heat pump purchased from a company that would soon be out of business. To make matters worse, the main circuit board was guaranteed to fail in very short order. Gratefully, Medallion Energy had the foresight to anticipate the needs of Rome's customers and have provided service and parts for these heat pumps.

I was delighted to know that Medallion Energy went through the effort to provide a quality replacement circuit board. Well worth the money. Not just for the part, but for the exceptional service they, and specifically Denise provided over the phone so I could replace the part myself, no doubt saving quite a bit of money. Fast forward five and a half years.

I now have an unrelated problem which was promptly diagnosed over the phone and which parts were promptly shipped to me. I am looking forward to speaking with Denise AGAIN to assist me with the replacement! I find it refreshing to deal with a company that is as professional as Medallion Energy. It is unfortunate that Rome Industries went bankrupt, but it is a blessing that Medallion Energy still maintains the effort to support the many customers that were "left in the cold!" Thanks again.

Oh. My. God. I cannot say enough fantastic things about Medallion Energy in general, and Denise in particular. I called them because I have an old, OLD pool heater (circa 2003) that was having issues thinking it was warmer than it was in the pool - and they came up on a google search as the part distributor. Well not only did they diagnose my problem over the phone, not only did they help identify the parts I needed and sell them to me. Denise spent over an hour with me on the phone walking me through replacing all of the sensors.

As someone who has never done anything like this before (and someone with an old heater and no youtube videos available) I cannot tell you how incredible that was. She was patient, understanding, and helped guide me through the "dos" and "donts" that are involved with opening a pool heater for my first try. Denise, you are absolutely worth your weight in gold and I cannot thank you and Medallion enough.
