I had my gas heater repaired by them and the whole experience was a negativeone they didn't come out when they said they were going to and they repaired it and had to come back and redo it and it still wasn't working but yet they wanted to invoice me $800 regardless and when I asked about a warranty or for them to get it up and working they said that it was working and I argued back-and-forth that it never did work for us and now they put me in collections for something that was never fixed in the first placeNot good business tactics I would not recommend them

This pool service is GREAT! John Garcia is professional friendly and prompt in replies. We had them resurface our pool and ended up using them as monthly service. If I ever have a question or billing concern the main office is polite and quick to reply. They also listen to any complaint you may have.

These guys are a very reliable pool company. I have used them for 3 months now and the service tech, Steven, has been here every week like clockwork. Even after not being able to come out one week on a Thursday due to the Hurricane, he came out two days after on Saturday. I have had other service done from this company and have been very satisfied. Keep up the good work and you will have a customer for ever.
