Summertime Screen Enclosures

We hired Summertime screens to build a 2 story screen in closure with columns. At first we were happy screen looked great, then we discovered that you Can not replace the screen without destroying the columns! We've called numerous times and set up several appointments. No one has ever showed up or called. Horrible service! Horrible product! They also list the blue prints to our home!

The quality of their work appears to be good. Their communications may be the worst I've experienced in a long time. I emailed, text, with no replies for 2 month. With the help of my pool company I finally got some action. I would proceed with much caution.

Contacted this organization to request an estimate to reinstall a carport on my home. I went several weeks without a response from the organization. I was able to find another competitor who was able to provide me with an estimate in a timely professional fashion and they were awarded my 5k job. Maybe my project was too small. Nevertheless, I found it very unprofessional for this organization to not make contact with me and it is for this reason why I would STRONGLY recommend that you seek another organization if you are looking at this company for services to your home.

I worked with Summertime, I find the negative comments to be the furthest thing from the truth with my experience. These folks have shown to be, in my opinion, the most professional and courteous people in the business. I think we could all agree in a right to work state that is a very hard thing to come by. Their workmanship is second to none. They have guaranteed immediate response to rectify any problems which I did not.

I'd like to see any other builder do what this company does for the price and provide the level of service that comes with it. I am guessing you are probably a very satisfied customer with nothing better to do but to bad mouth and bring harm to an excellent company. Their products Power Beam and Capea, which sets a whole new standard to the pool enclosure construction.

These folks had all the bases covered from day one. They said they'd do me right on my job, and when it was done, I've got to say they really lived up to their promise. The enclosure was done quickly, with good material, and by friendly, competent workers. Any questions we had were answered, and once, I asked a worker about a particular item that he didn't know the answer to.

He told me he didn't know, but he'd find out and let me know when he did. Gues what! That's exactly what he did! I like the project's outcome and would definately use them again.

I was concerned about getting a screen enclosure over my pool with the worry about hurricanes and storms always damaging them. My neighbor just lost his in a storm in June of this year. I found Summertime Screen Enclosures and they have a completely different way of doing screens than I have ever seen. They make the aluminum posts solid, by putting concrete and steel inside them and they gave me a hurricane proof warranty.

Summertime has made by backyard into an oasis. We contracted them to build a pool enclosure and ended up adding a summer kitchen. It is just beautiful. We have so enjoyed sitting the in backyard since the project has been completed. Their professionalism and attention to detail was beyond our expectation. I highly recommend this company. From the first meeting to completion the staff has has attended to our every need.

We are very happy with the sales process, the timing, the communication and the final screen enclosure that we had added to our home. Summertime Screen Enclosures responded to our inquires in a timely fashion as the work was being done, and the project moved right along to completion. They have been very responsive to our requests for minor fixes so far as well.

It was the longest process I have every experienced for home improvement, this project was scheduled to be done in a month and a half instead it took three months and two weeks. Owners were unapologetic and non responsive when contacted by phone. If you are not pressed for time and like being in the dark in regards of whats going on with your project then they are the contractor for you. Work was eventually completed and was 98% of what we expected it to be. Customer service was a fail;however, they collect their payment on time!
