Pools By Bradley

My wife and I recently had the unique opportunity to design and build our dream home (and Pool). Pools by Bradley assisted in design with inspiration, ideas and completion. We are now in our house and pool and are extremely happy with the finished product. Mathew came out Friday and completed Pool School so we know exactly what to do to keep the pool in great shape to enjoy for many years to come. Thank you!

We needed an adjustment to our pool surface which had not cured out properly over the past year. Brad and Brandon came out to begin lowering our pH and calcium levels. After 3 weeks of adding muriatic acid and scrubbing the surface daily we began to see some improvement. Matthew stepped in to finish up the project and drained several feet of water and vacuumed the debris out of the pool.

After another week Matthew added more acid, reset the filters, and balanced chemicals. He followed up with us to be sure we will satisfied with the end result. We are once again enjoying our fabulous pool which looks great!

I am very pleased with Pools by Bradley. We recently completed a pool/spa installation and we could not be happier with, not just the end result, but the process along the way. This is our second pool build and this one went much smoother. First, Christian did an amazing job of listening to me and designing a pool based on my vision. We were given a project manager and she was extremely receptive and kept us up to date with the process. Tyana took over and continued to give outstanding service. Chris was a supervisor that came here early on to explain the process and keep my concerns at ease.

I trusted his expertise and was grateful for his patience and exceptional customer service skills. Last, we were put in touch with Matt during the final stages. Matt took extremely good care of our pool and explained everything thoroughly. I knew when Matt was here that everything would get taken care of with the attention to detail I had come to expect from Pools by Bradley.

At one point, there was an issue with a tile that needed repair. Matt took care of it. I was beyond thrilled with the end result. Matt continues to assist me with concerns that pop up from time to time. His patience and professionalism are greatly appreciated. I am so glad we chose Pools by Bradley. I cannot say enough. Our pool is beautiful.

I decided towards the end of 2020 the time had finally come to realize a childhood dream of having a pool in my backyard. After reaching out to several companies, many of which did not even provide the courtesy of a call back, I had the opportunity to meet with a representative from Pools By Bradley. From the first meeting with Matt I knew I'd made a great decision as I became part of the Bradley Family. Matt helped me to make the right choices and designed an outdoor space which met and exceeded all my expectations.

Meeting with the engineers and staff followed and, again, I was impressed by the level of expertise and care each person brought to the table. All through the process I was educated about what was being done and what to expect. Ultimately, I have a gorgeous pool surrounded by beautiful pavers all of which have enhanced my backyard and turned it into an oasis.

I LOVE the LED lights which are standard with my new pool. They are so delightful that I turn them on and sit outside by my pool even on cold winter evenings to relax and unwind after a long day at work. I enjoy exercising in my new pool and entertaining friends and family. Even my beloved dog Emma has swim dates with her neighborhood pals. The decision to get a pool was a good one but the decision to work with Pools By Bradley made the process easy and the results are nothing short of Spectacular.

Matthew from the service dept was at our house today to help us reconnect our Jandy pool pump to the internet and to check the chemicals in our pool water that had confused us. We hit the jackpot-What a great guy! He explained and showed us maintenance items that were not covered at our "pool school". He took the time and had a lot of patience with my husband and I who have never dealt with a pool before. Great personality and knowledgeable. YAY Pools By Bradley!

We have always wanted to get a pool from Pools By Bradley and our previous home did not have the space. So when we built our new home in Tuskawilla I immediately contacted them a few days after we closed on our house. Brad met with my wife and I at our home to hear what we were looking for. We were then invited to their Heathrow location where he showed us many pool ideas, pool surfaces, features etc.

It was such a easy relaxed experience. A week later Brad had a full computer rendering of what our ideas would look like in our backyard. AMAZING!! This pictures shows the finale outcome and I can’t express how delighted we are. They have a fantastic follow up process to make sure we were happy with everything. Our journey started by finding our top 10 pool companies in the greater Orlando area. After multiple meetings, designs and quotes, Pools by Bradley offered us the best design after truly listening to us and allowing us to design our pool with the guidance of David (our designer). On top of it all PBB had the best price. After signing our contract in January, the permitting process moved as quickly as expected and we broke ground in March.

Then COVID hit. PBB had good communication before COVID and it got even better when lockdown happened. They offered a lot of updates and anytime I reached out to them with questions or concerns they were very timely with their responses. Thankfully, the project never stopped due to COVID. They have such a great group of people on staff. They are were extremely respectful and there was never a feeling that I was a burden to them or bugging them with all my questions.

We were able to fill our pool at the end of July on our son's 7th birthday. PBB also did a great job with all post-water work to make sure any imperfections were taken care of and that I knew how to properly take care of my new pool. We wanted a resort style pool that could accommodate our family and friends and Pools by Bradley 100% delivered on that.

We are so thankful for what we have in our backyard. We never once questioned our decision to go with Pools by Bradley and the countless hours we've already spent in our pool speak to how much we are loving this amazing addition to our home.

We have a small backyard and weren't even sure we had enough space to have a pool installed. On our first meeting, Aaron assured us that not only would they be able to build us a pool, but that we would have enough space to swim AND entertain our large family with a spacious patio area. I must say - He was awesome - and right! We love our pool. I mean - We LOVE our pool. and more importantly, the people that made it happen.

One of the best things about Pools by Bradley is that you don't feel like you're dealing with a COMPANY. they're just a group of awesome people - people like Lauren who keeps you posted on your pool progress and the next steps in your timeline, and Bradley B and Austin who are so genuine, helpful and friendly when they visit to check the pool onsite.

Also - Pools by Bradley creates some really amazing pools. They show rock and water features and spaces where your lounge chairs sit in the shallow water. Those pools are on the website, other reviews and in the brochures - and while they are incredible, we knew from the beginning that those options weren't a reality for us. We needed a simple pool - on a tight budget - in limited space.

At Pools by Bradley, no one ever made us feel like the job was too small (an impression we got from another large pool installation company when we were first shopping for a pool estimate) In fact, every time we got a visit during construction and after completion, they made us feel special in our choice for a simpler style. providing more confidence in our choice of pool - and company.

Even Megan, Bradley's wife, stopped by at the end of our install to thank us and bring an awesome gift. She is so thoughtful and humble and it felt like an old friend stopping by to check on us. There's always anxiety around investing a large amount of money and trust in a company, but we definitely made the right choice with Pools by Bradley.

Pools by Bradley built our previous pool based off my design and what we wanted and it turned out wonderful !! They have a very professional staff and friendliness about them that’s second to none! Definitely recommend them to build your dream pool you will not be disappointed !! I also work as a contractor for them and the owners brad and Megan are wonderful ! Have them build your Dream pool.

I have known the owners of Pools by Bradley for 15+ years. As a punch list/customer service manager for a high end custom home builder, we worked together a lot. The pool designs were top notch as well as the customer service, if there was a problem they took care of it with out a problem. Beyond all of that they are just good humans. They go above and beyond to make people feel welcome, included and taken care of and involve themselves in their community to help make it a better place. I highly recommend Pools by Bradley for your next backyard project!!

Pools by Bradley just finished our back yard project this week. They were so amazing, I had to stop and write a review. I have never had a major construction project go so well. We cannot think of anything negative to say about the whole experience. From the first time we sat down with Bradley in his showroom and he came up with an amazing design, until the last day when two of his employees, Brad and Jeremy, came by and spent a couple of hours going over all the equipment and explaining everything first time pool owners needed to know. Sylvia, in the office, kept everything running smooth by organizing the contractors every day, as well as the permits and all of the many inspections by the city of Lake Mary.

She was amazing, always texting us to tell us what and who to expect next. They broke ground on the pool Christmas week, and started filling it with water on Valentines Day! This was complete with spa, multi-level paver deck and a two story screened enclosure. You hear so many horror stories about pool companies, but everyone at Pools by Bradley have been the most amazing and professional group I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a home from Taylor Morrison (new construction) and had Pools by Bradley install the new pool and spa and fire pit. The whole process was an awesome one and we got a great pool, spa and fire pit. We did have some issues that we encountered when we tried to sell the house, The permits for the fire pit and spa were never "Final Inspected" and never closed out, (this was 2 years later).So, I went to the office and told someone at the front desk and it fell on deaf ears.

I paid the fines and penalties myself and figured it was a closed issue. I received an email requesting a survey a year after I sold the property. Well, I spoke the truth. and THE NEXT DAY, I received a call from the owner. She was never told of this situation and had some office staff turn over, and she was unaware of my problem. Well, she went above and beyond to make this right.over a year after the problem.

She paid me back for the fines and ALSO.bought my wife and I a lovely dinner at our favorate restaurant. I would HIGHLY recommend Pools by Bradley for their honesty, and Beautiful pools they build. Thank you again
