Pool Store

Had a doughboy pearl river installed back in August of 2020. The guys at the pool store in Blaine are really knowledgeable about their products and always ready to give good advice if questions come up. However, I have had an ongoing issue with wrinkles in a fairly large area of the pool since installation and still not resolved. This was was brought to the attention of I believe tony on different occasions.

I even brought in pictures of the area in question at his reguest late last summer and still nothing. Then I was told it would be a service call. Really, was never done right the first time. The original set up and install was done by a company that I think is subbed out by the pool store but nobody has even reached out to me. This should be a warranty issue by the pool store since it is their product.

I am ready to just give up on them since apparently service after a sale is not one of their strong points. I will start buying my chemicals and other supplies elsewhere as there are many pool store around my area. Just heard so many good things about doughboy pools and the pool store but I guess I was wrong.

Knowledgeable staff, good prices and most parts in stock for our pool. The building looks run down because the city will be building in their existing location. They will be moving to the Ham Lake area.

And I like Scott I've always I've been going there for almost 30 years and it's always nice friendly people relatively good prices and lots of supplies

Upgraded old intex with Doughboy and we love it, professional install in half a day to great service from Ryan had some issues and came out and took care of it! Glad we went with these guys great company!

**UPDATE** One Year Later: We love our pool more every day! Deck installed this year, still have crystal clear water due to the set up that The Pool Store recommended. I will and still send anyone having issues with water clarity to The Pool Store. ** Great staff! Exceptional product! After talking about putting a pool in for years, we finally decided to do it.

Trust The Pool Store. Eric, Tony and the rest of the staff are the best in the biz and their knowledge shows. I will gladly pay a couple bucks more to support local and KNOW for sure what I am getting is the correct product for the pool they sold me.

Great sales staff, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store. They know pools and they can help you pick out the right one for you.

Helpful people and good displays. Unfortunately they are out of stock on everything we talked about. Back ordered for over a year. We ended up ordering online from a vendor with several weeks delivery. Would've preferred these folks to buy local but they need to sort out or change their suppliers I guess.

I am a first time pool owner and all that I had to learn was a bit intimidating at first. Luckily I was turned on to the Pool Store and from day 1, they have answered all of my questions, did water samples for me any time I brought one, suggested the chemicals that I needed to use and how to use them and never once upsold me. Even when I suggested buying more of something I didn't need. These guys are great and I would recommend them to anybody who has a pool. I pass 2 pool stores just to go see them.

Bought our first ever pool from these guys and we couldn't be happier. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Being new to this process, Ryan came out and gave us a demo on all equipment and went over all the chemicals with us. Highly recommended this place for all pool/hot tub needs.
