My experience with Paragon was very poor. Lack of communication by the owner. Charged 3X the price for parts from what is listed on Amazon. Would not recommend ever. I wasn't able to see the parts they replaced and charged me for so I have no confidence they really needed replacement in the first place.

We are very disappointed with the experience we had with Paragon. They knew we were unhappy with our pool and after reaching out several times for support, we have zero resolution and now they are ignoring texts and e-mails. I recommend you go with a more reputable company that stands behind customer service. They use poor products that wrinkle and do not stand up to Minnesota weather.

Two plus weeks, several phone calls and two visits by technicians and I'm still waiting for them to repair and service my hot tub. They already charged my credit card before the work has been completed. Lack of communication and an overall negative experience. I will not be going back to them for service or refer anyone to them.
