Use them for 35 years. Great people and a good selection of pool products.

On a referral from co-worker I contacted Poolside regarding a liner replacement for my pool after getting the runaround from several other pool "professionals". I was very impressed with the level of service I received from them and the quality of products that they offer. It is a good feeling to finally find my "go to" pool company. I will be back for more. I buy a lot of chemicals, filters, pool, and spa parts there. The parts manager, Ken knows just about everything concerning pool and spas. They are a bit pricey on some things but a nominally priced membership gets you 10 percent off all year. They have a nice water test area. They know what they're doing as far as service too!

Best in the business! From opening & closing services, to their in store experts on water treatments or parts & service, Poolside is outstanding! We've worked with Poolside for decades and have always been pleased with the value of service on any aspect of our pool. New liner, skimmer replacement, filter conversion, pool cleaners and chemicals.

Terrible communications! Our hot tub wasn't heating. Called Poolside as they were local, helped us with water testing in the past, and had good reviews. Service person came out to assess. Replacement part was need and he said he would get it ordered. This was weeks ago. I've called and talked to 5 different people asking for an update - people in the parts department, people in the service department, someone was going to walk across the street to get an update. I've not heard back from anyone.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They literally lied to us about coming to clean and set up our pool. Terrible communication. I would never recommend or use again.

Todd did a great job of repairing our hot tub. We have used Poolside for our pool services too. They are honest, responsive, and have great customer service. We are very happy with Poolside and we value their outstanding service. Thank you for your quality and integrity. Keep up the great work!
