Bought our pool in 2016 and it already has a hole from rust in the side. I contacted the company and they said the pictures show it has been rusting for a long time.a long time? It's six years old, why is my pool rusting anyway after six years? No customer service at all, no apologies, just too bad. I am very disappointed and will never buy their product again.

We put up our pool in 5/18/1996. It is 16x36 above ground with a deep end. The installers did an excellent job with the pool, filled with water and chemicals to start. We came home from work and found no water in pool. We called the next day let them know that there was a couple of splits in liner. Doughboy replace liner and I believe the water as well, we had to replace chemicals.
I just want people to know we just replaced our liner (doughboy)6/27/18 not because the liner had leaks or splits it came away at the top in 2 places. The plastic pieces that hold liner in place were getting old. Pool people said that the whole pool is in great shape for age, no rust on walls either! Thank you Doughboy for making a product that stands up for a long time and standing behind your product as well. We live in southern Wisconsin so our weather is all over the place!
