Classic Marcite

What can be said about Classic Marcite in Orlando? Fantastic. Incredible. They turned my 17 year old nice pool into a brand new 17 year old over the top pool. Office staff more than perfect. Owners couldnt be nicer & more engaged and workers, on time and really know their stuff. These people are the real deal, 100% and I did deep investigation before contracting. Cheap? Competitive but if you want something good, you have to pay. Its as simple as that. For the money. Nothing better. Thank you Classic Marcite!

We would like to give Thanks to everyone who had part in the repair and refinish. Tom Yeaman and his team came to our rescue. We had a leak in the pool and we did not know the extent of the damage. With the tile off the rim, we saw the reason for leaking. Even though the repair of the leak cost more than original estimate, the work was worth ever bit of cost.

We had to refill the pool every day, but now 5 weeks after filling the pool, we have NEVER refilled the pool. The work, because of Covid-19 took longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. His team completed the task and we now have a beautiful pool, one that we DO NOT have to refill daily - in fact we have not added water since refill. We are very HAPPY with the work. I had my pool resurfaced several months ago, some areas or a little rough, office staff doesn't fellow up on issues, are calls. Took several attempts before I could get someone to replace broken spa bulb, I had stains on pool surface, and a month ago I called the office about a new spot on pool stairs, talk to a young lady, as of 1/4/2022 haven't heard are seen anybody.

We just hired Classic Marcite to renew our pool. We cannot be more satisfied with their service. Their staff is extremely polite, efficient, courteous, punctual, and caring. They are on top of everything and take care of your needs. The crew they sent over to work on our pool was willing to listen and report our needs/concerns to the company. A staff from the company will get back to you the following day to with a response to your need/concerns. Honestly, without regrets or doubts, I recommend Classic Marcite for any of your pool renovations and/or services.

Thanks to Susan, Missy, David at Classic Marcite! They did a wonderful resurfacing for my pool and any problems that arised they immediately solved and looks so beautiful. A great team of professional people to work with on this project. Thanks so much!

They were very responsive to all my concerns and questions. They did a great job. If I wasn't happy with what I saw they they came back immediately and made me very happy. I will use them again and will recommend them to resurface or work on your pool.

The team at Classic Marcite recently resurfaced and retiled our pool and did an outstanding job. Tom, Mike and the rest of the team were helpful, responsive (so important to me) and followed thru (equally as important). The tile work was beautifully done and once the pool was started, they moved on to finish it in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!

I am rating this company a 2 star only because of Dustin and how nice and professional he was on site. As for management and the office staff. I would rate a 1 or less. we had an issue with our pool and when asked about it, was told I would have to speak to the owner Mike. The issue with Mike is.he never answers or calls you back. It will be a month now since I contacted them about the issue and still nothing has been fixed. This is not a way I would run my company.

Recently I had Classic Marcite resurface my pool with Pebble-tec and also redo my pool tile. They did a great job and the customer service was excellent. Mike, Tom and staff were polite and professional. If there were any concerns or personal preferences they were addressed and taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Great quality that is hard to find nowadays. Again, my overall experience with Classic Marcite was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to anybody I know. Thank you.

Classic Marcite did a great job on our Pebble Sheen. It's a large pool (50'x30') with stairs at both ends, two Baja ledges, and a hot tub with intricate details. Their decades of experience made this challenging pool a walk in the park. Jessica was very helpful with our color choice. We decided on Blue Granite and the water's a beautiful medium blue. Tom, Ryan, and their whole team were very professional and I'll definitely call them when it's time to refinish (hopefully many years from now).

The only minor issue is two small divots in the pebble finish on the floor. Our pool builder is making the arrangements, and I have no doubt Classic will do a great job on the repair. Thank you!

Stay Far Away! They will collect your deposit check with a smile and then you won't hear from them again until the day the job starts. This is if they even show up. You are lucky if they don't show up. Once you give full payment that is due the day they start working on your pool, it's all down hill from there. No customer service, No communication, No Nothing! but they got their money.

Make sure to read all reviews FB, Google, BBB & Yelp. The negative ones are correct. They did not show up as scheduled to start on my pool and I have been trying for a week now to get my deposit back. You will only be able to speak to one person in the office (Crissy) who has no authority and can't do a thing. The sales person in my case (Jim) wont lift a finger to help.

Just says call the office but he collected the deposit with no problem. Oh! he won't answer the phone. He will only text. This has been a horrible experience and I feel awful for the people that had to and or will deal with them in the future. Again STAY AWAY!

Classic Marcite crews did a great job, showing on time, cleaning up and following up each day to make sure everything went well. Even my neighbors were impressed. If your looking for a pool company to do the job wright the first time, Tom and Classic Marcite is your company. Not to mention, they have been around for a long time. They know what there doing.

I would like to thank Classic Marcite pools for resurfacing and retiling of our pool. From Dave the service technician for getting us in contact with this company, to Dustin who retiled our pool, he took his time and made sure it was done to our liking what a fantastic job he did, to the guys who prepped our pool for the new pebble tech finish. Then the team that came out to lay the pebble tech, they showed up early, was professional and even covered our house with plastic so nothing would get on the outside of our house. Anytime we had a question, if Dave could not answer he made sure to find out the answer or get us in touch with someone that could help. We cannot wait to enjoy our new pool and when it needs to be resurfaced again, we will definitely have Classic Marcite do it again.

Tom Yeaman and his team came to our rescue after another contractor abandoned our pool remodel. Communication, timeliness and quality of workmanship where all top notch! We highly recommend Classic Marcite to anyone who wants to have a superior looking pool!

I had my pool resurfaced by Classic Marcite and they did a good job for a fair price. They finished the whole job in just a few days and my pool looks like new again.
