Our passion is: POOOOOOLS! Ted has built a lot of them since 1981. When Ted builds your pool, quality and craftsmanship will be yours at a reasonable price. He will only suggest the best equipment that your money can buy. He would never suggest using a certain brand of equipment that has not been proven to be reliable.

Tonight Ted came over to find a leak. We have had him over several years back for a leak that he fixed quickly and at a very low cost. He's HONEST and knowledgeable, try finding that these days. He Doesn't try to do or sell you anything that isn't necessary. I am a realtor and due to my first experience I have referred him to several of my own customers. Ted & company doesn't answer their phone. They will call you back if your a 'new' client or they feel they are deserving payment for their "work". They showed up, cut pipes and told me they would be back, after 4 weeks and no response I was forced to get another company to repair what they cut up and to fix the original issue. - Do your research folks; their are a LOT of pool repair companies.

My pool had a leak and I was given the name of Ted's Pool Repair and Leak Detection from a family that had used them. First, I will say, this company is about as legitimate as they come. Ted doesn't get in a hurry because he takes as much time as necessary with every job he takes on. I waited about 3 days and it was a good decision on my part. Ted explained how the weather impacts his daily schedule also.
I found Ted and Charlie to be exceptionally experienced in their profession. They found my problem and corrected the leak. This company is what I would consider no frills and no bs. They are nothing but good decent people doing a fabulous job. Sherry, Ted's wife, responded promptly to my calls and questions. I now realize why I've never seen them advertised because word of mouth is all they need. That's pretty impressive.
